Sistem administrasi di kantor desa melibatkan banyak proses surat menyurat. namun proses ini seringnya masih konvensional sehingga sering terjadi kehilangan data dan prosesnya yang lama. oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun sebuah sistem informasi persuratan desa berbasis web dengan fitur chatbot. sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses permohonan surat sehari-hari oleh warga desa tanpa perlu datang ke kantor desa serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan surat-menyurat oleh staf kantor desa. pengembangan sistem ini melibatkan metode human centered design dengan pendekatan scrum di mana proses implementasi pengembangan dilakukan secara iteratif. kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box testing dengan teknik equivalence partitioning serta usability testing menggunakan metode umux-lite. sistem ini terdiri dari sistem berbasis web admin dengan integrasi fitur chatbot telegram sebagai user-interface warga. sistem ini dinamai "persuratan desa online". hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi persuratan desa berbasis web dengan fitur chatbot telah berhasil dilakukan. hasil ini didapat berdasarkan pengujian dengan metode equivalence partitioning dan pengujian usability menggunakan metode umux-lite, di mana skor yang didapat adalah sebesar 83,57% untuk aplikasi chatbot telegram, dan 82,48% untuk sistem informasi (web admin), yang berarti bahwa keduanya memiliki tingkat acceptable (dapat diterima) dengan "grade b". dengan demikian, sistem persuratan desa online dapat diterima dan diimplementasikan di kantor desa. kata kunci: persuratan desa, chatbot, black box testing, equivalence partitioning, usability testing, umux-lite.



Abstract

The administration system in the village office involves many processes of correspondence. However, these processes are often still conventional, resulting in data loss and lengthy processes. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a web-based village correspondence information system with Chatbot features. The system is expected to provide a solution to simplify and accelerate the daily letter request process by village residents without having to visit the Village Office and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of correspondence management by Village Office Staff. The development of this system implicated the Human-Centered Design method with the Scrum approach, where the implementation process is carried out iteratively. This is followed by system testing using Black Box Testing with Equivalence Partitioning techniques and Usability Testing using the UMUX-Lite method. The system consists of an Admin web-based system with the integration of a Telegram Chatbot feature as the user interface for villagers. The system is named "Persuratan Desa Online". The results of this research indicate that the implementation of a web-based village correspondence information system with Chatbot features has been successfully carried out. This result was obtained based on testing with the Equivalence Partitioning method and usability testing using the UMUX-Lite method, where the scores obtained were 83.57% for the Telegram Chatbot application and 82.48% for the for the Admin Web-Based system, which means that both have acceptable level with "Grade B". Therefore, the Online Village Correspondence system can be accepted and implemented in the Village Office.
