Sabang merupakan suatu wilayah yang sangat berpotensi dalam pengembangan dunia kepariwisataan, maka banyak terdapat resort dan restoran, salah satunya adalah mata ie resort kota sabang. disetiap restoran tentunya menerapkan bentuk pelayanan untuk melayani pelanggan. selain pelayanan, tentunya setiap restoran memiliki jenis menu makanan dan minuman yang harus dijaga kualitasnya. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pelayanan dan jenis produk di restoran mata ie resort kota sabang. tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di mata ie resort yang teletak di jalan ujung kareng, kelurahan anoi itam, kecamatan sukajaya, kota sabang. jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif, yaitu memperlihatkan karateristik populasi atau fenomena yang terjadi. data pada penelitian ini didaptkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pengamatan secara langsung. subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 informan, dimana sasaran penelitian ini adalah manager, dua waiters, dan kepala koki restoran mata ie resort kota sabang. hasil penelitian secara wawancara dan observasi, terdapat bentuk pelayanan di restoran mata ie resort kota sabang, yaitu table service dan tray service, pelanggan yang datang ke restoran mata ie resort akan dilayani oleh tim waiters dari pemesanan menu sampai pembayaran. restoran mata ie resort kota sabang menyajikan aneka ragam menu yang lebih berideintik dengan chinessfood. jenis menu di restoran mata ie resort adalah alacart, dan hidangannya yaitu one dish meal yaitu aneka nasi goreng, ifumie, mie kuah dan mie goreng. main course yaitu steak ayam dan steak sapi, snack yaitu kentang goreng, dan pisang coklat keju, dan aneka minuman panas/dingin. kata kunci : mata ie resort, bentuk pelayanan restoran, , jenis produk restoran.

Abstract

Sabang is an area that has great potential in developing the world of tourism, so there are many resorts and restaurants, one of which is Mata Ie Resort, Sabang City. In every restaurant, of course, implementing a form of service to serve customers. In addition to service, of course, every restaurant has a type of food and beverage menu that must be maintained for its quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of service and product types at the Mata Ie Resort restaurant in Sabang City. The place of this research was conducted at Mata Ie Resort which is located on Jalan Ujung Kareng, Anoi Itam Village, Sukajaya District, Sabang City. This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research that shows the characteristics of the population or phenomena that occur. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, documentation and direct observation. The research subjects consisted of 4 informants, where the targets of this research were the manager, two waitresses, and the head chef of the Mata Ie Resort restaurant, Sabang City. The results of the research by interviewing and observing, there is a form of service at the Mata Ie Resort restaurant in Sabang City, namely table service, customers who come to the Mata Ie Resort restaurant will be served by a team of waiters from ordering. payment menu. Mata Ie Resort Restaurant in Sabang City serves a variety of menus that are more synonymous with Chinese food. The type of menu at the Mata Ie Resort restaurant is alacart, and the dishes are one-dish meals, namely various fried rice, ifumie, noodle soup and fried noodles. Main Course, namely chicken steak and beef steak, snacks, namely french fries, and chocolate cheese bananas, as well as various hot / cold drinks.
