Perencanaan dan penjadwalan distribusi menjadi faktor penting dalam sistem operasi perusahaan yang membantu meningkatkan produktivitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen. ud sarigut bakery merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan, penjualan dan distribusi roti dengan merek dagang sarigut bakery. ud sarigut bakery memiliki masalah dalam mengatur tingkat distribusi produk yaitu sering terjadinya stock out, over stock serta retur barang yang tidak habis terjual. dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka metode distribution requirement planning (drp) dapat digunakan untuk perencanaan dan penjadwalan disribusi produk serta dapat menghitung total biaya distribusi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan rencana distribusi produk untuk outlet banda aceh, meulaboh, dan sabang periode januari-maret 2023. nilai lot size yang direncanakan menggunakan nilai economic order quantity (eoq) untuk roti tawar sebesar 521 unit, roti kupas sebesar 235 unit dan roti campur outlet banda aceh adalah 777 unit. nilai eoq outlet meulaboh roti tawar sebesar 258 unit, roti kupas sebesar 204 unit, dan roti campur sebesar 463 unit. sedangkan nilai eoq outlet sabang roti tawar sebesar 282 unit, roti kupas sebesar 268 unit, dan roti campur sebesar 872 unit. sementera itu, perhitungan total biaya distribusi yang diperoleh untuk roti tawar, roti kupas, dan roti campur outlet banda aceh sebesar rp 5.100.000, outlet meulaboh sebesar rp 8.700.000, sedangkan outlet sabang sebesar rp 7.500.000. kata kunci : distribusi, persediaan, stock out, stock over, retur, distribution requirement planning (drp), economic order quantity (eoq).

Distribution planning and scheduling is an important factor in the company's operating system that helps increase product productivity and customer satisfaction. UD Sarigut Bakery is a company engaged in the manufacture, sale and distribution of bread with the trademark Sarigut Bakery. UD Sarigut Bakery has problems in managing the level of product distribution, namely the frequent occurrence of stock outs, over stocks and returns of goods that are not sold out. Given these problems, the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method can be used for planning and scheduling product distribution and can calculate the total cost of distribution. The results show the product distribution plan for Banda Aceh, Meulaboh and Sabang outlets for the January-March 2023 period. The planned lot size value uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) value for 521 units of white bread, 235 units of peeled bread and mixed bread outlets Banda Aceh as many as 777 units. The EOQ value of Meulaboh outlets was 258 units of white bread, 204 units of peeled bread and 463 units of mixed bread. Meanwhile, the EOQ value for Sabang outlets was 282 units of white bread, 268 units of peeled bread and 872 units of mixed bread. Meanwhile, the calculation of the total distribution costs obtained for white bread, peeled bread, and mixed bread for Banda Aceh outlets is Rp. 5.100.000, for Meulaboh outlets it is Rp. 8.700.000, while for Sabang outlets it is Rp. 7.500.000.
