Program studi magister kesehatan masyarakat fakultas kedokteran universitas syiah kuala tesis, mei 2023 henny hastuty determinan kualitas pelayanan antenatal care di puskesmas ingin jaya kabupaten aceh besar tahun 2023 i-ix, 1-52 halaman, 3 lampiran abstrak latar belakang: angka kematian ibu (aki) di indonesia juga masih jauh dari target yang ditetapkan dalam rpjmn tahun 2024 yakni sebesar 183/100.000 kh dan sdgs 2030 sebesar 70/100.000 kh. sedangkan untuk provinsi aceh, angka kematian ibu (aki) tahun 2021 sebesar 223/100.000 kh, dimana angka tersebut masih sangat jauh dari target yang ditetapkan dalam rpjmn. kota penyumbang kematian ibu tertinggi termasuk salah satunya kabupaten aceh besar yakni sebanyak 17 orang kematian ibu. kabupaten aceh besar berada diurutan ketiga dari 5 kabupaten/kota penyumbang kematian ibu tertinggi di provinsi aceh. tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui determinan kualitas pelayanan antenatal care di puskesmas ingin jaya kabupaten aceh besar tahun 2023. motodologi penelitian: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study dan dilaksanakan di puskesmas ingin jaya kabupaten aceh besar provinsi aceh pada bulan maret 2023 dengan jumlah populasi 199 ibu hamil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total sampling (seleuruh populasi dijadikan sampel). hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan prosedur pelayanan anc dengan kualitas pelayanan anc dengan nilai p value = 0,0001, ada hubungan kepemilikan buku kia dengan kualitas pelayanan anc dengan nilai p value =0,0001, ada hubungan penyuluhan dengan kualitas pelayanan anc dengan nilai p value =0,002, ada hubungan ketersediaan petugas kesehatan dengan kualitas pelayanan anc dengan nilai p value = 0,001, dan ada hubungan pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil dengan kualitas pelayanan anc dengan nilai p value = 0,0001. kesimpulan: prosedur pelayanan antenatal harus dijalankan, bukan hanya oleh ibu hamil atau nifas tetapi juga kepada petugas kesehatan yang bertanggungjawab atas ibu hamil atau menyusui tersebut sesuai dengan standar yang sudah di tetapkan oleh kementerian kesehatan daftar pustaka : 47 buah kata kunci : antenatal care, penyuluhan dan tenaga kesehatan

Master of Public Health Study Program Medical School Shia Kuala University Thesis, May 2023 Henny Hastuty Determinan Quality of Antenatal Care and Postpartum Services Provided by Health Workers at the Aceh Besar District Health Center in 2023 i-ix, 1-52 Pages, 3 Appendices ABSTRACT Background: The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still far from the target set in the 2024 RPJMN, namely 183/100,000 KH and the 2030 SDGs of 70/100,000 KH. Meanwhile for Aceh Province, the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in 2021 is 223/100,000 KH, which is still very far from the target set in the RPJMN. Cities contributing to the highest maternal mortality include one of them, Aceh Besar District, with as many as 17 maternal deaths. Aceh Besar District is in third place out of 5 districts/cities that contribute the highest maternal mortality in Aceh Province. Research Objectives: To determine the quality of antenatal care services provided by health workers at the Want Jaya Health Center in Aceh Besar District in 2023. Research Methodology: This research is an analytic survey research with a cross-sectional study approach and was carried out at the Want Jaya Health Center, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province in March 2023 with a total population of 199 pregnant women using a total sampling technique (the entire population was sampled). Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between ANC service procedures and ANC service quality with a P value = 0.0001, there was a relationship between MCH book ownership and ANC service quality with a P value = 0.0001, there was a relationship between counseling and ANC service quality. P value = 0.002, There is a relationship between the availability of health workers and the quality of ANC services with a P value = 0.001, and There is a relationship between the implementation of the Pregnant Women class and the quality of ANC services with a P value = 0.0001. Conclusion: Procedures for antenatal care must be carried out, not only by pregnant or postpartum women, but also for health workers who are responsible for pregnant or breastfeeding women in accordance with the standards set by the ministry of health Bibliography : 47 pieces Keywords : Antenatal care, Counseling and Health Workers
