Faktor-faktor risiko rantai pasok material pada proyek konstruksi gedung di kota banda aceh darmansyah nim 2004201010027 program studi magister teknik sipil jurusan teknik sipil - fakultas teknik universitas syiah kuala pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di kota banda aceh pernah dihadapkan dengan risiko rantai pasok material. salah satunya adalah proyek pembangunan gedung badan pengelolaan keuangan aceh yang dibangun dengan sumber dana anggaran pendapatan belanja aceh (apba) tahun 2022. dalam hal ini, media cetak online memberitakan bahwa pemerintah kota banda aceh mengancam akan menyetop proyek tersebut, apabila tidak melakukan perbaikan pada prasarana jalan yang rusak. prasarana jalan rusak akibat truk keluar masuk untuk memasok material ke lokasi proyek. hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pasokan material ke lokasi proyek telah menimbulkan risiko terhadap kerusakan prasarana publik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dan faktor risiko rantai pasok material yang dominan terjadi pada proyek konstruksi gedung di kota banda aceh. proyek konstruksi gedung di kota banda aceh yang ditinjau adalah yang menggunakan sumber dana dari apba dan anggaran pendapatan belanja kota (apbk) tahun 2017-2022. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. responden ditujukan pada salah satu personil top manajerial dari perusahaan kontraktor bidang gedung dengan jabatan project manager/site manager/site engineer/supervisor. teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. faktor-faktor risiko rantai pasok material yang dievaluasi adalah faktor supply, control, demand, dan process. teknik analisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif dan principle component analysis (pca) melalui bantuan software statistical product and service solution (spss). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor risiko rantai pasok material yang terjadi pada proyek konstruksi gedung di kota banda aceh terdapat 4 faktor yaitu faktor penundaan pengiriman dari kontraktor, ketidaksesuaian dari pemasok, kelalaian dari kontraktor, serta pembatalan dan pemesanan ulang dari kontraktor. faktor risiko rantai pasok material yang dominan terjadi pada proyek konstruksi gedung di kota banda aceh adalah faktor penundaan pengiriman dari kontraktor. kata kunci: risiko, rantai pasok, material, konstruksi, gedung, pca

MATERIAL SUPPLY CHAIN RISK FACTORS IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN BANDA ACEH CITY Darmansyah Student Number 2004201010027 Master Program of Civil Engineering Civil Engineering Department of Engineering Faculty University Syiah Kuala Abstract The implementation of building construction projects in Banda Aceh City was once faced with material supply chain risks. One of them is the Aceh Financial Management Agency Building Project, which was built using Aceh Budget (APBA) funds for 2022. In this case, the online print media reported that the Banda Aceh City Government threatened to stop the project, if it did not make improvements to the infrastructure. broken road. Road infrastructure was damaged due to trucks going in and out to supply materials to the project site. This shows that the supply of materials to the project site has created a risk of damage to public infrastructure. This study aims to determine the dominant material supply chain factors and risk factors that occur in building construction projects in Banda Aceh City. The building construction projects in Banda Aceh City under review are those that use funding sources from the APBA and the 2017-2022 City Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBK). This study uses a quantitative method approach through distributing questionnaires. Respondents were addressed to one of the top managerial personnel from a building contractor company with the position of project manager/site manager/site engineer/supervisor. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The material supply chain risk factors evaluated are supply, control, demand, and process factors. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and Principle Component Analysis (PCA) with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software. The results showed that the material supply chain risk factors that occurred in building construction projects in Banda Aceh City were 4 factors, namely delays in delivery from contractors, supplier discrepancies, negligence from contractors, and cancellations and reorders from contractors. The dominant material supply chain risk factor that occurs in building construction projects in Banda Aceh City is the factor of delays in delivery from contractors.
