Program studi magister kesehatan masyarakat fakultas kedokteran universitas syiah kuala tesis, april 2023 gidul suliawati analisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di puskesmas baitussalam 73 halaman + 21 tabel + lampiran abstrak latar belakang: program imunisasi termasuk dalam upaya untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, kecatatan dan kematian pada bayi dan balita. cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di kabupaten aceh besar mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. pada tahun 2021 capaian imunisasi mengalami peningkatan sebesar (29,4%), namun peningkatan capaian imunisasi tersebut masih sangat kurang dan masih di bawah target nasional yaitu (85%). tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di puskesmas baitussalam tahun 2022. metode: penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat untuk menggambarkan sebaran dan proporsi, serta bivariat menggunakan chi square dan menggunakan analisis multivariate dengan regresi linear. hasil: lebih dari setengah (57,4%) ibu tidak memberikan imunisasi lengkap kepada bayinya. penelitian ini menemukan adanya hubungan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan status pekerjaan ibu (p value = 0,040), dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,000), kepercayaan ibu (p value = 0,000). sementara faktor yang tidak berhubungan adalah pendidikan terakhir ibu (p value = 0,539), pengetahuan (p value =0,484), peran petugas kesehatan (p value = 0,376), dan peran kader kesehatan ((p value = 0,54). faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di puskesmas baitussalam adalah faktor kepercayaan. kata kunci : imunisasi dasar, bayi, puskesmas daftar pustaka: 8 buku + 20 jurnal + 3 website

Complete Basic Immunization Coverage in Aceh Besar District has decreased every year. in 2021 immunization results have increased by (29.4%), but this increase in immunization outcomes is still lacking and is still below the national target of (85%). Purpose: this study aims to determine the factors associated with complete basic immunization coverage at the Puskesmas Baitussalam in 2022. Method: this research was conducted using a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach with data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed univariately to describe the distribution and proportions, as well as bivariate using Chi Square and using multivariate analysis with linear regression. Conclusiom: More than half (57.4%) of mothers did not provide complete immunization to their babies. This study found a relationship between giving complete basic immunization and mother's employment status (p value = 0.040), family support (p value = 0.000), mother's trust (p value = 0.000). While factors that were not related were the mother's last education (p value = 0.539), knowledge (p value = 0.484), the role of health workers (p value = 0.376), and the role of health cadres ((p value = 0.54). The factors that most dominantly affect the coverage of complete basic immunization at the Puskesmas Baitussalam are knowledge, trust, the role of health workers and health cadres. The most dominant factors affecting complete basic immunization coverage at the Baitussalam Health Center are factors of knowledge, trust, the role of health workers and health cadres.
