Pelaksanaan program pelatihan kkg dengan model pembelajaran blended learning di gugus 1 krueng sabee kabupaten aceh jaya oleh : mardiana npm: 2009200050026 komisi pembimbing: 1. dr. nasir usman, m. pd. 2. dr. khairuddin, m. pd. abstrak kkg adalah suatu wadah atau kegiatan bersama guru yang diselenggarakan dalam rangka pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan (pkb). kegiatannya mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional guru. guru diwajibkan melakukan pkb meliputi: pokok bahasan/paket pekerjaan pembelajaran, yaitu perangkat, metode/model, media, dan penilaian setiap tahun. adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan program pelatihan kkg dengan model pembelajaran blended learning di gugus 1 krueng sabee kabupaten aceh jaya. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. berdasarkan temuan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa: (1) program pelatihan kkg dengan model blended learning antara lain: diskusi tentang berbagai permasalahan dalam pembelajaran, menyusun dan mengembangkan silabus, prota, promes, dan rpp, menganalisis kurikulum, pelatihan untuk mendukung tugas mengajar, seminar, pelatihan teknologi dan informasi (tik); (2) adapun strategi pelaksanaan program pelatihan kkg dilakukan dengan menggunakan model blended learning, yaitu melalui tatap muka dan secara virtual. strategi tersebut mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap guru; (3) evaluasi program secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa hasil yang dicapai pada pelaksanaan program pelatihan model pembelajaran blended learning di kkg belum maksimal.; dan (4) pelaksanaan program pelatihan kkg masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, yaitu: kurangnya koordinasai antar pengurus, masalah keuangan, kurangnya motivasi guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya, dan kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap penggunaan teknologi komputer maupun aplikasi-aplikasi yang digunakan dalam model pembelajaran blended learning. kata kunci: program pelatihan kkg dan blended learning

Abstract
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TEACHER WORKING GROUP TRAINING WITH BLENDED LEARNING MODEL IN CLUSTER 1 OF KRUENG SABEE IN ACEH JAYA REGENCY ABSTRACT (Mardiana) Teacher Working Group or KKG is a forum in which teachers gather in order to achieve a sustainable competency development (PKB). The activities of KKG should develop the pedagogical, personal, social and professional competence of teachers. Teachers are annually required to attend the sustainable competency development covering the subject matter or the package including teaching tools, methods or models, media, and assessments. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of the KKG training program using the blended learning model in Cluster 1 of Krueng Sabee in Aceh Jaya Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method. The instruments used in collecting the data were in the forms of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the descriptive-qualitative analysis covering data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The research findings showed (1) that the KKG training program with the blended learning model covered: discussions on various problems in learning, compiling and developing syllabus, annual program, promissory notes, and lesson plans, analyzing curriculum, training to support teaching assignments, seminars, as well as the information and communication technology (ICT) training. (2) The strategy for implementing the KKG training program was carried out using a blended learning model, namely face-to-face and virtual learning. This strategy was able to have a positive impact on teachers. Lastly, (3) the evaluation of the program as a whole showed that the results achieved in the implementation of the blended learning model training program in the KKG was not optimal; and (4) the implementation of the KKG training program still encountered several obstacles, namely: lack of coordination between the administrators, financial problems, lack of teacher motivation in developing their abilities, and lack of teacher understanding of the use of computer technology and the applications used in blended learning models.
