Berdasarkan peraturan bupati gayo lues nomor 11 tahun 2020 tentang pencegahan dan penanganan stanting teintegrasi di kabupaten gayo lues, penanganan stanting sebagai wadah lintas pemangku kepentingan dalam mengurangi stanting di kabupaten gayo lues. akan tetapi, keberadaan tim tersebut ternyata belum mampu mencapai tujuan dari pembentukannya yaitu untuk menguraingi penurunan stanting di kabupaten gayo lues. hal ini dibuktikan melalui data bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kabupaten gayo lues adalah daerah yang paling tinggi jumlah anak stanting. tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatahui pelaksanaan penurunan stanting di kabupaten gayo lues oleh dinas kesehatan dan dp3ap2kb gayo lues dengan pendekatan collaborative governance beserta hambatannya. penelitian ini menggunakan teori collaborative governance ansell dan gash yaitu kondisi awal, sdm pelaksana, partisipasi pelaksana, kepemimpinan pasilitatif, keanggotaan lembaga, aturan dasar kolaboratif, dan proses kolaboratif. metode kualitatif. hasil penelitian collaborative process meliputi komunikasi tatap muka dilakukan selama proses kolaborasi dan berbentuk rapat koordinasi dan rapat kerja antar pemerintah, kebijakan, rencana aksi, dan strategi penurunan stanting merupakan beberapa hasil dari pertemuan koordinasi dan rapat kerja antarpemerintah serta tantangan dalam mengimplementasikan penurunan stunting melalui model tata kelola kolaboratif, yaitu upaya pencegahan stunting masih dilaksanakan dengan sedikit koordinasi antar pemerintah. menurut temuan penelitian, masih sedikit kerja sama antar pemerintah dalam hal pelaksanaan kolaborasi. masalah ini diselesaikan melalui upaya pengawasan dari pihak pemerintah di tingkat yang lebih tinggi untuk meningkatkan kerja sama antarpemerintah dalam pelaksanaan pengurangan stunting di daerah gayo lues. kata kunci: collaborative governance, penanggulangan stunting, gayo lues.

Based on Gayo Lues Regent Regulation No. 11/2020 on the prevention and handling of integrated stunting in Gayo Lues district, the stunting handling team serves as a cross-stakeholder forum in reducing stunting in Gayo Lues district. However, the existence of the team has not been able to achieve the purpose of its formation, which is to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Gayo Lues District. This is evidenced by the data that in recent years, Gayo Lues District has had the highest number of stunted children. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of stunting reduction in Gayo Lues Regency by the health office and DP3AP2KB Gayo Lues with a collaborative governance approach and its obstacles. This research uses Ansell and Gash's collaborative governance theory, namely initial conditions, implementing human resources, implementing participation, facilitative leadership, institutional membership, collaborative ground rules, and collaborative processes. The method used is qualitative. Collaborative process research results include face-to-face communication carried out during the collaboration process and in the form of coordination meetings and intergovernmental work meetings, policies, action plans, and strategies for reducing stunting are some of the results of coordination meetings and intergovernmental work meetings and challenges in implementing stunting reduction through a collaborative governance model, namely stunting prevention efforts are still carried out with little coordination between governments. According to the research findings, there is still little cooperation between governments in terms of implementing collaboration. This problem is solved through supervision efforts from higher levels of government to improve intergovernmental cooperation in the implementation of stunting reduction in the Gayo Lues region.
