Produktivitas ayam broiler dapat ditentukan dengan melihat baik buruknya sistem imunitas tubuh dan performa ayam broiler. performa ayam broiler dilihat dari bagaimana bobot badan akhir dengan mengkonsumsi ransum dan melihat efisiensi dari ransum yang diberikan. tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian tepung daun kelor (moringa oleifera) dalam pakan fermentasi mempengaruhi performa dan ukuran organ limfoid ayam broiler. penelitian ini menggunakan doc umur 1 hari dengan metode rancangan acak lengkap (ral) dengan subsampel yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan, 5 ulangan selama 35 hari. setiap ulangan terdiri atas 5 ekor ayam sehingga jumlah ayam yang digunakan sebanyak 20 ekor. penambahan fermentasi tepung daun kelor mulai diberikan pada hari ke-8 sampai hari ke-35. kelompok p0 merupakan perlakuan kontrol (0%) tepung daun kelor, p1 (10%), p2 (15%) dan p3 (20%) dari total 100% pemberian pakan disetiap perlakuannya. data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analysis of variance (anova) dan uji lanjut duncan untuk melihat perbedaan antar perlakuan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung daun kelor ke dalam pakan berpengaruh terhadap performa dan ukuran organ limfoid. dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian tepung daun kelor sebanyak 10-20% tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi ransum. namun pemberian 10-15% dapat meningkatkan bobot badan akhir sedangkan pemberian 20% dapat menurunkan bobot serta ukuran dari limpa ayam broiler.



Abstract

The productivity of broiler chickens can be determined by looking at the good and bad of the immune system and the performance of broiler chickens. The performance of broiler chickens is seen from how the final body weight is consumed by consuming the ration and looking at the efficiency of the ration given. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the administration of Moringa oleifera powder in slow feed affects the performance and size of lymphoid organs in broiler chickens. This study used DOC aged 1 day using a completely randomized design (CRD) method with subsamples consisting of 4 treatments, 5 replications for 35 days. Each repetition consisted of 5 chickens so that the number of chickens used was 20. Healing moringa leaf powder began to be given on the 8th day to the 35th day. Goup P0 was the control treatment (0%) Moringa leaf meal, P1 (10%), P2 (15%) and P3 (20%) of a total of 100% feeding in each treatment. Research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan's further test to see differences between treatments. The results showed that the addition of moringa leaf powder to the feed had an effect on the performance and size of the lymphoid organs. This means that giving Moringa leaf powder as much as 10-20% has no effect on ration consumption. However, giving 10-15% can increase the final body weight while giving 20% can increase ration conversion and reduce the weight and size of the broiler lympha.
