Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompetensi, berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, yaitu sebuah riset survey dimana peneliti mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai responden. hasil penelitan ini, dari sensus yang di lakukan pada 114 perangkat desa dikecamatan suro hanya 100 orang yang mengembalikan konsioner, hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada 100 responden ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadapkinerja perangkat desa. kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan, kompetensi, berbagi pengetahuan, kinerja perangkat desa

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, competence, knowledge sharing on the performance of village officials. The sampling technique used in this study is. census method, which is a survey research where researchers take the entire population as respondents. he results of this research, from the census conducted on 114 village officials in the Suro sub-district, only 100 people returned the parcels. The results of the research were conducted on 100 respondents these respondents indicated that the variables of Leadership Style, Competence, and Knowledge Sharing had a partial or simultaneous effect on the performance of Village Apparatus Keywords : Leadership Style, Competence, Knowledge Sharing, Village Apparatus Performance
