Riset ini menguji pengaruh e-government dan reformasi birokrasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan dampaknya pada kinerja kantor bersama samsat di provinsi aceh. populasinya adalah semua pegawai kantor bersama samsat di provinsi aceh yang berjumlah 507 orang. pengambilan sampel riset ini menggunakan teknik probabilty sampling dengan rumus slovin. sampel yaitu 224 orang. data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh responden secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form. model riset di analisis menggunakan one sample t-test, sem, dan sobel test. hasil menjelaskan bahwa e-government, reformasi birokrasi, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi pada kantor bersama samsat di provinsi aceh sudah baik; e-government mampu signifikan merubah kinerja pegawai, reformasi birokrasi mampu signifikan merubah kinerja pegawai; e-government mampu signifikan merubah kinerja organisasi; reformasi birokrasi mampu signifikan merubah kinerja organisasi; kinerja pegawai mampu signifikan merubah kinerja organisasi; e-government mampu signifikan merubah kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja pegawai; dan reformasi birokrasi juga mampu signifikan merubah kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja pegawai. dari temuan juga menjelaskan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada model pengaruh e-government dan reformasi birokrasi terhadap kinerja organisasi bersifat parsial, artinya e-government dan reformasi birokrasi mampu mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi baik secara langsung maupun melalui kinerja pegawai. maka hasil-hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa temuan premis ini menjelaskan model peningkatan kinerja organisasi pada kantor bersama samsat di provinsi aceh adalah fungsi dari e-government yang baik, reformasi birokrasi yang di implementasikan sebaik mungkin, dan kinerja pegawai yang tinggi. kata kunci: e-government, reformasi birokrasi, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi

Abstract
This research examines the E-Government and bureaucratic reform effect on employee performance and their impact on the performance of the Aceh One-stop Administration Services Office (SAMSAT Aceh Office). The population was all SAMSAT Aceh Office employees, totaling 507 people. Sampling for this research uses the probability sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The sample was 224 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents online. The research model was analyzed using the One Sample T-test, SEM, and Sobel Test. The results explain that E-Government, bureaucratic reform, employee performance, and organizational performance at the SAMSAT Aceh Office are good; E-Government can significantly change employee performance. Bureaucratic reform can significantly change employee performance; E-Government can significantly change organizational performance; Bureaucratic reform can significantly change organizational performance; Employee performance can significantly change organizational performance; E-Government can significantly change organizational performance through employee performance; and bureaucratic reform is able to significantly change organizational performance through employee performance. The findings also explain that employee performance in the influence model of E-Government and Bureaucratic Reforms on organizational performance is partial, meaning that E-Government and Bureaucratic Reforms can influence organizational performance both directly and through employee performance. So these results explain that the findings of this premise explain the model of increasing organizational performance at the SAMSAT Aceh Office as a function of good E-Government, Bureaucratic Reforms that are implemented as well as possible, and high employee performance.
