Prarancangan pabrik papan partikel ini menggunakan bahan baku pelepah sawit yang diperoleh dari ptpn x dan polyvinyl chloride. kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 110.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. pabrik ini direncanakan didirikan di desa maredan, kecamatan tualang, kabupaten siak, riau dengan luas tanah 21.170 m2. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf (tenaga kerja sebanyak 124 orang). sumber air pabrik ini berasal dari sungai siak, kecamatan tualang, kabupaten kampar dengan total kebutuhan air sebesar 27.344,765 kg/jam, dan untuk kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 1.037,078 kw/hari. hasil analisis ekonomi diperoleh sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment (fci) = rp. 410.529.448.286,- 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp. 72.446.373.227,- 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp 482.975.821.513,- 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp. 739.039.705.869,- 5. hasil penjualan = rp. 944.267.806.231,- 6. laba bersih = rp. 160.077.918.283,- 7. pay out time (pot) = 3,44 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 29,20 % 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 30,20 % 10. rate of return (ror) = 33 % keyword: papan partikel, pelepah sawit, polyvinyl chloride

The Particle Board factory design uses palm fronds as raw materials obtained from PTPN X and Polyvinyl Chloride. The production capacity of this factory is 110,000 tons/year with a working day of 330 days/year. This factory is planned to be built in Maredan Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, Riau with a land area of 21,170 m2. The planned company form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff organizational structure method (124 workforce). The factory's water source comes from the Siak River, Tualang District, Kampar Regency with a total water requirement of 27,344.765 kg/hour, and for electricity needs it is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a power of 1,037.078 kW/day.
