Selain rumah sakit, puskesmas juga memiliki peran penting sebagai pelayanan kesehatan yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat. kinerja perawat merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat menjadi tolak ukur baik buruknya mutu pelayanan puskesmas, sebab perawatlah yang paling sering berinteraksi dengan masyarakat di pelayanan kesehatan. kinerja perawat puskesmas memiliki penilaian yang berbeda di masayarakat, maka perlu untuk melihat terlebih dahulu bagaiman gambaran persepsi kinerja perawat puskesmas agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat puskesmas secara nyata demi tercapainya mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang baik. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi kinerja perawat puskesmas di kota banda aceh yang dinilai berdasarkan indikator kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektifitas dan kemandirian kinerja. penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total samplingdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 perawat dari 8 puskesmas. hasil penelitian didapatkan kinerja perawat puskesmas baik (100,0%) dengan persentase kualitas (100,0%), kuantitas (98,0%), ketepatan waktu (92,2%), efektifitas (92,2%) dan kemandirian (96,1%). bagi kepala puskesmas diharapkan agar mempertahankan persepsi kinerja perawat yang sudah baik dan meningkatkan yang kurang baik melalui program pengembangan sdm seperti pelatihan skill, edukasi keperawatan dan lainnya agar antara persepsi kinerja perawat dan kinerjanya secara realita sesuai.

Abstract
Besides the hospitals, puskesmas has an important role as the closest health service to the community. The working performance of nurses is one of the important factors that can be used as a benchmark for good or bad quality of puskesmas services, because they mostly interact with the community in health services. Currently, the working performance of puskesmas nurses has different appraisal in the community, so it is necessary to notice in advance the description of the perception of the puskesmas nurses working performance so that they significantly are able to improve their working as puskesmas nurses in order to achieve good quality health services. The purpose of this study was to describe the perceptions of puskesmas nurses working performance in Banda Aceh municipality which were assessed based on indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence of performance. In this study, it employed a type of quantitative research. Moreover, this study was designed as the descriptive with a cross sectional approach, using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 51 nurses from 8 puskesmas in Banda Aceh. The results showed that the working performance of puskesmas nurses was good (100.0%) with a percentage of quality (100.0%), quantity (98.0%), timeliness (92.2%), effectiveness (92.2%) and independence (96.1%). For the head of those puskesmas it is suggested that he/she maintain good perceptions of nurse performance and improve those that are not good through human resource development programs such as skills training, nursing education and others so that the perceived performance of nurses and their performance are in reality compatible.
