Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mediasi kinerja pegawai desa pada hubungan kompetensi, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. sebanyak 275 pegawai desa dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. analisis data menggunakan software amos 24 dengan metode structural equation modeling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi aparatur, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki dapak signifkan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. hasil penelitian juga menunjukan terdapat pengaruh kinerja perangkat desa terhadap kinerja desa. namun kompetensi aparatur dan komitmen organsiasi tidak ditemukan adanya dampak singfikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja desa, akan tetapi kinerja perangkat memiliki peran mediasi singifikan terhadap hubungan tersebut. kata kunci : kompetensi, kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of mediating the performance of village employees on the relationship between competence, compensation and organizational commitment to organizational performance. A total of 275 village employees were sampled in this study. Data analysis used AMOS 24 software with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study show THAT apparatus competence, compensation and organizational commitment have a significant impact on the performance of village officials. The results of the study also show that there is an influence on the performance of village officials on village performance. However, apparatus competence and organizational commitment were not found to have a direct SIGNIFICANT impact on village performance, but the performance of the apparatus had a significant mediating role in this relationship.
