Abellisa, OBSERVASI KESEMBUHAN AUTO SKIN GRAFT YANG DIBERI PLASMA KAYA TROMBOSIT (PKT) DAN DIRAWAT DENGAN BIO DRESSING KULIT IKAN MUJAIR (TILAPIA MOZAMBIQUE). Banda Aceh Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan,2023

Abstract

Skin graft is an act of taking skin from a donor body that has been separated from its local blood supply location to another area. This study aims to determine the difference in the healing of Auto skin graft (ASG) after PRP administration and treated with Bio dressing from tilapia fish skin through subjective and objective observations. This study used 6 male local cats aged 1-2 years, body weight 2-4 kg which were divided into 2 treatment groups. All cats made a defect measuring 2x2 cm in the leg, 4 days later the wound was closed with ASG sourced from the abdomen. The ASG treatment used a mozambique Tilapia fish skin bio dressing (K-1) and the addition of PRP with a Mozambique Tilapia fish skin bio dressing (K-2). Subjective observation of auto skin graft healing on the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th postoperative days, while the bleeding test and objective observation were on the 18th postoperative day. The results of subjective observations showed that the healing of ASG given PRP with Tilapia mozambique fish skin bio dressing (K2) was better than Tilapia mozambique fish skin bio dressing (K1) (P
