Berdasarkan hasil studi awal di lokasi penelitian didapatkan bahwa adanya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan untuk abh di rsjn, penelitian ini untuk menganalisis berjalannya pelaksanaan pemberdayaan terhadap abh di lembaga penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial di uptd rsjn dinas sosial aceh. menganalisis fenomena tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan teori pemberday aan masyarakat dari robert chambers. metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di uptd rumoh seujahtera jroh naguna (rsjn) dinas sosial aceh bisa dikatakan berperan dengan baik ditandai adanya dari empat prinsip indikator teori yang dipakai saat wawancara dengan informan di uptd rsjn dinas sosial aceh yaitu: berpusat pada rakyat, partisipatif, memberdayakan dan berkelanjutan. dari prinsip ini adanya pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh uptd rsjn untuk abh, pada aktivitas pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan terhadap perilaku sosial abh secara langsung, yang mana dari uptd rsjn memberikan program pemberdayan berupa pembinaan kajian, ibadah, psikolog terhadap anak-anak, olahraga dan juga anak-anak melakukan permaianan musik yang dipandu oleh pembina sendiri. sehingga dari pembinaan yang diberikan, anak-anak mendapatkan perubahan kearah yang lebih baik, dan juga mendapatkan ilmu sehingga mereka tidak mengulanggi kesalahannya lagi, terkecuali untuk kasus narkotika di akibatkan candu. disni tentunya ada partisipasi dari semua pihak, baik keluarga, uptd, peksos dan anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dalam menjalankan program pemberdayaan ini, melihat anak berhadapan dengan hukum serta dengan pembina uptd rsjn dinas sosial aceh berjalan dengan baik pelaksanaan pembinaannya sehinga setelah usai dari pembinaan di tempat uptd rsjn dinas sosial aceh maka masih adanya pemantauan atau pembinaan untuk anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum. kata kunci: program pemberdayaan, narapidana anak, pemberdayaan masyarakat

Based on the results of the initial study at the research location, it was found that there was empowerment carried out for ABH at the RSJN. This research was to analyze the progress of the implementation of empowerment for ABH in social welfare organizations at the UPTD RSJN Aceh Social Service. Analyzing this phenomenon, this study uses the theory of community empowerment from Robert Chambers. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the empowerment program for children in conflict with the law at UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Jroh Naguna (RSJN) Aceh Social Service can be said to play a good role as indicated by the presence of four theoretical indicators principles used during interviews with informants at the UPTD RSJN Aceh Social Service, namely: people-centered, participatory, empowering and sustainable. from this principle, there is guidance carried out by the UPTD RSJN for ABH, in the activity of implementing the empowerment program for ABH social behavior directly, which the UPTD RSJN provides empowerment programs in the form of coaching studies, worship, psychologists for children, sports and also children perform musical games guided by the coach himself. So that from the coaching given, the children get a chance for the better, and also gain knowledge so they don't repeat their mistakes again, except for cases of narcotics caused by opium. Here, of course, there is participation from all parties, both families, UPTD, Social Workers, and children who are in conflict with the law in carrying out this empowerment program, seeing children dealing with the law and with UPTD supervisors RSJN Aceh Social Service going well so that after the training is over the location of the UPTD RSJN Aceh Social Service, there is still monitoring or coaching for children who are dealing with the law.
