Faktor-faktor penentu kemandirian mustahik pemberdayaan pertanian di baitul mal aceh abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh karakteristik wirausaha, minat berwirausaha, modal usaha dan etos kerja terhadap keberhasilan usaha dan dampaknya terhadap kemandirian ekonomi mustahik penerima bantuan alat pertanian di baitul mal aceh. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. data yang diperoleh dari penyerahan kuesioner kepada 89 responden yang merupakan mustahik penerima bantuan alat pertanian dari baitul mal aceh. sampel ditentukan dengan teknik probability sampling. penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel karakteristik wirausaha, minat berwirausaha, modal usaha dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mustahik. kata kunci: karakteristik wirausaha, minat berwirausaha, modal usaha, etos kerja, keberhasilan usaha

DETERMINING FAKTORS OF MUSTAHIK INDEPENDENCE IN AGRICULTURAL EMPOWERMENT IN BAITUL MAL ACEH ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial interest, business capital and work ethic on business success and its impact on the economic independence of mustahik recipients of agricultural equipment assistance in Baitul Mal Aceh. This research is quantitative research. Data obtained from the submission of questionnaires to 89 respondents who are mustahik recipients of agricultural equipment assistance from Baitul Mal Aceh. The sample was determined by probability sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the results showed that the variables of entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial interest, business capital and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on the success of mustahik businesses.
