Abstrak ikan relo (rasbora sumatrana) mempunyai morfologi yang sangat mirip dengan ikan depik dan eyas, tetapi memiliki genetik yang berbeda pada sekuen haplotype. tingginya permintaan ikan relo menyebabkan meningkatnya upaya tangkap sehingga populasi ikan relo di danau laut tawar terus mengalami tren penurunan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terutama pada periode 2020-2021. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pertumbuhan, faktor kondisi dan aspek biologi reproduksi ikan relo di danau laut tawar, meliputi rasio kelamin, tingkat kematangan gonad (tkg), indeks kematangan gonad (ikg), ukuran pertama kali matang gonad, serta fekunditas. penelitian dilakukan mulai dari bulan oktober 2021 sampai april 2022 di danau laut tawar kabupaten aceh tengah. analisis terhadap ikan relo dilakukan di laboratorium kesehatan ikan, dan lingkungan, bbi lukup badak, dinas perikanan kabupaten aceh tengah, dan pengamatan sampel telur dilakukan di laboratorium genetik, dan biodiversitas akuatik, fakultas kelautan dan perikanan, universitas syiah kuala. pengambilan ikan relo dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan sampel acak sederhana pada hasil tangkapan bagan lampu (cangkul padang). pengambilan dilakukan di tiga stasiun selama enam kali ulangan pengambilan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pertumbuhan bersifat allometrik negatif (b



Abstract

ABSTRACT Relo fish (Rasbora sumatrana) has a very similar morphology to the depik and eyas fish, but has a different genetic haplotype. The high demand for relo fish has led to increased fishing effort so that the relo fish population in Lake Laut Tawar has continued to experience a downward trend in recent years, especially in the 2020-2021 period. This study aims to analyze growth patterns, condition factors and reproductive biology aspects of Relo fish (R. sumatrana) in Laut Tawar Lake, including sex ratio, gonadal maturity level (TKG), gonadal maturity index (IKG), size at first maturity, as well as fecundity. The research was conducted from October 2021 to April 2022 at Lake Laut Tawar, Central Aceh District. Analysis of the relo fish was carried out at the Laboratory of Fish Health and Environment, BBI Lukup Rhino, Central Aceh District Fisheries Service, and observations of egg samples were carried out at the Laboratory of Genetics and Aquatic Biodiversity, Faculty of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Syiah Kuala University. Relo fish collection was carried out using a simple random sample observation method on the catch of light charts (Cangkul padang).
