Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak perendaman daun putri malu, dan konsentrasi optimal serta melihat profil darah pada pengobatan ikan mas yang diinfeksi dengan bakteri aeromonas hydrophila. penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan desember 2022 – januari 2023, di laboratorium pembenihan dan pembiakan ikan, fakultas kelautan dan perikanan universitas syiah kuala. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. konsentrasi ekstrak daun putri malu antara lain adalah perlakuan a (0%), b (3%), c (5%), d (7%). hasil penelitian tentang gejala klinis pada pemberian ekstrak daun putri malu menujukan adanya pengaruh, dimana ikan sudah mampu berenang aktif, respon makan sudah baik, bercak merah memudar, lendir berkurang, dan sisik kembali normal. data hasil analisis anova pada kelangsungan hidup menunjukan hasil berpengaruh nyata dimana (p

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of soaking sensitive plant extract, and the optimal concentration and look at the blood profile in the treatment of carp infected with Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. This research was conducted in December 2022 - January 2023, at the Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Syiah Kuala University. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The concentrations of the sensitive plant extract included treatments A (0%). B (3%). C (5%). D (7%). The results of research on clinical symptoms in the administration of embarrassed sensitive plant extract showed that there was an effect, where the fish were able to swim actively. The feeding response was good. The red spots faded. The mucus decreased. And the scales returned to normal.3cell/mm3. In treatment B (3%) 195.800 103cell/mm3. In treatment C (5%) 154.000 103cell/mm3. And in treatment D (7%) 72.150 103cell/mm3. Healing was marked by a decrease in the number of leukocytes. In the hemoglobin results of all treatments there were also different values. Namely in treatment A (0%) 3.4 g/dl. in treatment B (3%) 4.2 g/dl. And in treatment C (5%) 5.2 g/dl, the best results for goldfish hemoglobin levels during the study were in treatment D (7%) of 6 g/dl. The conclusion was that the sensitive plant extract at a dose of 7%, showed the best results on clinical symptoms. Survival.
