Pendahuluan: vitamin d atau 1,25 (oh)2d serum merupakan metabolit aktif yang berperan pada berbagai mekanisme hemostasis tubuh. selama kehamilan, 1,25 (oh)2d serum menjadi prediktor penting yang berkaitan dengan fisiologi ibu dan janin. perubahan kadar 1,25 (oh)2d serum dapat menimbulkan efek buruk terhadap ibu selama kehamilan dan tumbuh kembang janin. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai korelasi kadar vitamin d serum ibu trimester ketiga terhadap kadar vitamin d dan berat badan neonatus yang dilahirkan. metode: penelitian ini termasuk studi observasional korelatif dengan desain potong lintang yang dilakukan pada kamar bersalin rumah sakit umum daerah dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh. pengukuran kadar vitamin d serum ibu dan bayi dilakukan dengan metode automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer (clia). analisis spearman’s correlation rank test dilakukan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. hasil: sebanyak 39 ibu hamil usia 30,38 ± 6,21 tahun terlibat dalam penelitian ini dengan dominasi usia kehamilan 38 – 39 minggu (35,9%). rerata kadar vitamin d ibu dan bayi secara berurutan adalah 17,4 ng/ml dan 17,6 ng/ml (p = 0,003, r = 0,462). rerata berat badan bayi yang dilahirkan adalah sebesar 3.100 gram dengan rentang 2.100 gram hingga 4.200 gram (p = 0,185, r = 0,217). kesimpulan: kadar vitamin d serum ibu trimester kegita berkorelasi positif terhadap kadar vitamin d serum neonatus yang dilahirkan dengan kekuatan sedang namun tidak berkorelasi terhadap berat badan lahir. evaluasi terhadap kadar vitamin d serum ibu trimester ketiga dapat menjadi prediktor kadar vitamin d neonatus saat dilahirkan. kata kunci: vitamin d, kehamilan, neonatus, berat badan lahir



Abstract

Background: Vitamin D serum or 1,25(OH)2D is an active metabolite that acts on various mechanisms of hemostasis in the body. During pregnancy, serum 1,25(OH)2D is an important predictor of maternal and fetal physiology. Changes in serum 1,25(OH)2D levels can have adverse effects on the mother during pregnancy and fetal development. This study aimed to assess the correlation of maternal serum vitamin D levels in the third trimester to vitamin D levels and birth weight of neonates. Method: This research is a correlative observational study with a cross-sectional design which was carried out in the maternity ward of the dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Banda Aceh-Indonesia. Measurement of maternal and infant serum vitamin D levels was performed using the Automatic Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer (CLIA) method. Spearman's correlation rank test analysis was carried out with a 95% confidence level. Result: A total of 39 pregnant women aged 30.38 ± 6.21 years were involved in this study with a predominance of 38-39 weeks gestation (35.9%). The mean vitamin D levels of mothers and infants respectively were 17.4 ng/mL and 17. ng/mL (p = 0.003, R = 0.462). The average birth weight of babies is 3,100 grams with a range of 2,100 grams to 4,200 grams (p = 0.185, R = 0.217). Conclusion: Maternal serum vitamin D levels in the third trimester were positively correlated with serum vitamin D levels of neonates born with moderate strength but not correlated with birth weight. Evaluation of maternal third trimester serum vitamin D levels can be a predictor of neonatal vitamin D levels at birth. Keywords: Vitamin D, pregnancy, neonates, birth weight
