Kementerian pendidikan, kebudayaan riset dan teknologi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan skripsi 17 januari 2023 xiv + vi bab + 54 halaman + 6 tabel +1 skema + 11 lampiran nahrycha 1912101010045 self-efficacy mahasiswa dalam penyusunan skripsi di fakultas keperawatan universitas syiah kuala abstrak penyusunan skripsi oleh mahasiswa membutuhkan potensi dalam diri dan keyakinan diri terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki. self-efficacy merupakan salah satu variabel yang penting dalam penyusunan skripsi. kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah sangatlah berbeda, dapat dipastikan self-efficacy mahasiswa berpengaruh di dalamnya. semakin tinggi self-efficacy, semakin tinggi juga kepercayaan diri terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mencapai keberhasilan. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran self-efficacy mahasiswa dalam penyusunan skripsi di fakultas keperawatan universitas syiah kuala. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskripstif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 131 mahasiswa dengan pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner general self-efficacy scale (gses) dalam bentuk google form dengan validitas nilai korelasi r ≥ 0,361 dan reabilitas dengan cronbach’s alphas 0,919. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dalam penyusunan skripsi di fakultas keperawatan universitas syiah kuala terdapat 126 (96,2%) mahasiswa memiliki katagori self-efficacy tinggi. bagi institusi pendidikan perlu memperhatikan penyebab lainnya yang dapat menjadi penghambat dalam penyusunan skripsi mahasiswa dan dapat mempertahankan kembali self-efficacy mahasiswa dalam penyusunan skripsi. kata kunci : self-efficacy, mahasiswa, skripsi daftar bacaan : 35 jurnal, artikel 7, buku 4

Self-efficacy is one of the important variables in undergraduate thesis preparation. The ability of students to solve a problem is very different, it can be ascertained that student self-efficacy influences it. The higher the self-efficacy, the higher the confidence in students' abilities to achieve success. The purpose of this study was to get an overview of student self-efficacy in preparing of undergraduate thesis at the Faculty of Nursing, Syiah Kuala University. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a cross sectional study approach. The population in the study amounted to 131 students with total sampling as the sample. Data collection in this study was carried out using the General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) questionnaire in the form of a google form with a validity correlation value of r ≥ 0.361 and reliability with Cronbach's Alphas 0.919. The results showed that in preparing undergraduate thesis at the Faculty of Nursing, Syiah Kuala University, there were 126 (96.2%) students who had a high self-efficacy category. Educational institutions need to pay attention to other causes that can become obstacles in the preparation of student undergraduate thesis and can maintain student self-efficacy in preparing the undergraduate thesis.
