Abstrak abstrak tesis diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala pengaruh knowledge management dan organizational learning terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada pt angkasa pura ii - aceh oleh muhamad iwan sutisna nim: 2101202010023 konsentrasi : manajemen sumber daya manusia pembimbing utama : prof. dr. muhammad adam, s.e, m.b.a. pembimbing pembantu : prof. dr. mukhlis yunus, s.e., m.s penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge management dan organizational learning terhadap inovasi serta dampaknya pada kinerja organisasi pt angkasa pura ii - aceh. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pt angkasa pura ii - aceh yang berjumlah 168 orang. sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sensus dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management dan organizational learning berpengaruh terhadap inovasi. knowledge management, organizational learning, dan inovasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. inovasi memediasi pengaruh knowledge management dan organizational learning terhadap kinerja organisasi. kata kunci: knowledge management, organizational learning, inovasi, kinerja organisasi

THE EFFECT OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE WITH INNOVATION AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE AT PT ANGKASA PURA II – ACEH By MUHAMAD IWAN SUTISNA NIM: 2101202010023 Concentration : Human Resources Management Specialization : Prof. Dr. Muhammad Adam, S.E, M.B.A. Co-Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Mukhlis Yunus, S.E., M.S This study aims to examine the effect of Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on Innovation and its impact on the Organizational Performance of PT Angkasa Pura II - Aceh. The population in this study were all employees of PT Angkasa Pura II - Aceh, totaling 168 people. The sample is determined by census technique where the entire population is used as the sample. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study show that Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning have an effect on Innovation. Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, and Innovation affect Organizational Performance. Innovation mediates the effect of Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on Organizational Performance.
