Studi ini menguji pengaruh kreativitas efikasi diri serta keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja pt angkasa pura ii kantor cabang lapangan terbang sultan iskandar muda aceh. riset ini memakai jumlah populasi sebanyak 212 karyawan. survey memakai ilustrasi jenuh ataupun tata cara sensus. informasi diuji dengan memakai sem amos. hasil mengatakan kalau kreativitas efikasi diri, keterikatan karyawan, kinerja karyawan serta kinerja organisasi telah berjalan dengan baik; kreativitas efikasi diri, serta keterikatan karyawan signifikan pengaruhi serta berfungsi positif pada kenaikan kinerja karyawan serta kinerja organisasi; serta kinerja karyawan mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. kinerja karyawan signifikan serta berfungsi positif dalam memediasi kedudukan kreativitas efikasi diri serta keterikatan karyawan, serta pengaruh mediasinya bertabiat parsial. kata kunci: kreativitas efikasi diri, keterikatan karyawan, kinerja karyawan, kinerja organisasi.



Abstract

This study examines the influence of creativity, self-efficacy and employee engagement on employee performance and the implications for the performance of PT Angkasa Pura II, Sultan Iskandar Muda Aceh Airport Branch Office. This research uses a total population of 212 employees. Surveys use saturated illustrations or census procedures. Information is tested using AMOS SEM. The results show that creativity, self-efficacy, employee engagement, employee performance and organizational performance have been going well; creativity, self-efficacy, and employee engagement significantly affect and function positively in increasing employee performance and organizational performance; and employee performance has a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. Employee performance is significant and has a positive function in mediating the position of creativity, self-efficacy and employee engagement, and the mediating effect is partial.
