Abstract judul : hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi terhadap pengangguran di provinsi aceh penulis : aqilah nim : 1801101010106 fakultas/jurusan: ekonomi dan bisnis/ekonomi pembangunan pembimbing : talbani farlian se., ma penelitian ini telah menyelidiki hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi terhadap pengangguran dari tahun 1999 hingga 2022 selama periode 23 tahun untuk memahami dinamika pengangguran di provinsi aceh. memanfaatkan data time series dan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. model analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple linear regression) berdasarkan metode ols (ordinary least squares) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi aceh memiliki kemiringan positif, namun tidak signifikan. di provinsi aceh, inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka. oleh karena itu, studi ini menyarankan pembuat kebijakan untuk mempertimbangkan elastisitas lapangan kerja dalam kaitannya dengan produksi ekonomi yang memiliki kapasitas lebih besar untuk menyerap tenaga kerja muda. kata kunci: pengangguran, inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi

ABSTRACT Title : The Nexus Between Economic Growth And Inflation On Unemployment In Aceh Province Author : Aqilah NIM : 1801101010106 Faculty/Department : Economics and Bussines / Development Economics Supervisor : Talbani Farlian SE., MA This study has investigated the relationship between economic growth and inflation on unemployment from 1999 to 2022 for a 23 years period in order to understand the dynamics of unemployment in Aceh Province. utilizing time series data and a descriptive quantitative method. A multiple linear regression analysis models (Multiple Linear Regression) based on the OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) method was used in this research. The regression analysis's findings indicate that the economic growth in Aceh Province has a positive slope, however, it is not significant. In the Aceh Province, inflation has a positive and significant impact on the open unemployment rate. Therefore, this study advises policymakers to conside employment elasticity in relation to economic production that have a greater capacity to absorb young workers.
