Triage merupakan prosedur untuk menentukan tingkat kegawat daruratan pada pasien yang masuk instalasi gawat darurat (igd), sehingga mendapatkan penanganan tepat dan segera. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui triage time pada pasien di igd rsud dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh. metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien yang masuk igd rsudza. sampel berjumlah 345 didapatkan berdasarkan metode accidental sampling yang dilakukan pada bulan september 2022. jumlah pasien triage merah 74 (21%), kategori kuning dengan responden sebanyak 165 (48%), dan untuk kategori hijau dengan responden 106 (31%). rata-rata waktu triage yang didapat adalah 02.96 detik, waktu tercepat pelaksaan triage adalah 00.08 dan waktu terlama adalah 10.05. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan triage time tiap triage tepat dan tidak melebihi waktu yang ditetapkan depkes ri. diharapkan perawat dapat mempertahankan triage time di igd sehingga pasien mendapatkan penanganan kegawat daruratan sesuai dengan prioritasnya. kata kunci: igd, triage time, triage merah, triage kuning, triage hijau, triage hitam

Triage is a procedure to determine the level of emergency in patients who enter the Emergency Room so that they get appropriate and immediate treatment. This study aimed to determine the triage time for patients in the Emergency Room of dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional Public Hospital (RSUDZA) of Banda Aceh. The research method was quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The study population was all patients who came to the emergency room of RSUDZA. The samples were 345 patients obtained by accidental sampling method in September 2022. The number of red triage patients was 74 (21%), the yellow category with the most respondents was 165 (48%), and the green category was 106 (31%) respondents. The average triage time obtained is 02.96 seconds, the fastest time of triage implementation is 00.08 seconds, and the longest time is 10.05 seconds. This study concluded that the implementation of triage time for each triage is appropriate and is within the time set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The nurses are expected to maintain triage time in the emergency room so that patients get emergency treatment according to their priorities.
