Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh trait emotional intelligence terhadap career indecision dan self-perceived employability yang dimediasi oleh career adaptability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir universitas syiah kuala. data diperoleh melalui survey tahadap 258 orang sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jenis stratified random sampling. structural equation modelling (sem) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel-variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa trait emotional intelligence secara signifikan mempengaruhi career indecision dan self-perceived employability. hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa career adaptability mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh trait emotional intelligence terhadap career indecision dan self-perceived employability. kata kunci: trait emotional intelligence, career indecision, self-perceived employability, career adaptability

Abstract
This research aims to measure the effect of trait emotional intelligence of career indecision and self-perceived employability mediated by career adaptability in final year students of the Syiah Kuala University. Data were collected throught a survey of 258 respondents as sample to represent the research populating technique used in this research was probability sampling by type stratified random sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used as analytical method to determine the effect between the variabels involved. The results of the study found that trait emotional intelligence significantly affect career indecision and self-perceived employability. However, The results found a career adaptability was able to partially mediates the effect of trait emotional intelligence to career indecision and self-perceived employability.
