Kolaborasi guru bk dengan guru mata pelajaran dalam pengembangan karakter religius merupakan bentuk kerjasama yang dilakukan guru bk dengan guru mata pelajaran untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai religius pada diri siswa. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kolaborasi dalam pengembangan karakter religius oleh guru bk dan guru mata pelajaran. subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling dan guru mata pelajaran di mtsn 4 banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara. teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. hasil penelitian dapat digambarkan bahwa kolaborasi dalam penanaman karakter religius di mtsn 4 banda aceh dilakukan melalui (1) kolaborasi secara diskusi yang dilakukan guru bk dengan guru mata pelajaran untuk menemukan pemecahan masalah siswa, (2) pengembangan karakter yang terbagi 3 yaitu; a) pengembangan diri berupa kegiatan rutin sholat berjamaah, infaq setiap hari jum’at, menyumbang saat terjadi musibah, gotong royong, berpakaian rapi ke sekolah, dan datang tepat waktu, guru memberikan teladan untuk siswa, guru melakukan kegiatan pendekatan, pemberian apresiasi bagi siswa yang mencerminkan religius dan disiplin, serta melalui pengkondisian dengan mengajak siswa mengikuti kegiatan yang bersifat religius dan disiplin, memberikan motivasi dan apresiasi dalam hal religius dan disiplin, b) pengintegrasian dalam rpl bk dan materi pelajaran yang dilakukan guru bk dan guru mata pelajaran dengan mencantumkan dan mengaitkan karakter religius dan disiplin dalam materi bk maupun materi pelajaran, c) pengembangan budaya sekolah dilaksanakan dengan memfasilitasi kegiatan yang bersifat religius dan disiplin, (3) hambatan yang ditemui berupa minimnya komunikasi dan keterbatasan waktu. berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kolaborasi antara guru bk dengan guru mata pelajaran di mtsn 4 banda aceh telah terjalin dengan baik.



Abstract

The collaboration between the guidance counselor and subject teachers in the development of religious character is a form of collaboration between the guidance counselor and subject teachers to increase religious values in students. The purpose of this study was to find out the collaboration in the development of religious character by BK teachers and subject teachers. The subjects of this study were guidance and counseling teachers and subject teachers at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is interview. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study can be described that collaboration in cultivating religious character at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh is carried out through (1) Collaboration in discussion between the counseling teacher and the subject teacher to find solutions to student problems, (2) Character development which is divided into 3 namely; a) Self-development in the form of routine congregational prayers, infaq every Friday, donating when a disaster occurs, mutual cooperation, dressing neatly to school, and arriving on time, the teacher sets an example for students, the teacher conducts approach activities, giving appreciation to students reflecting religion and discipline, and through conditioning by inviting students to take part in activities that are religious and disciplinary in nature, providing motivation and appreciation in religious and disciplinary matters, b) Integrating into RPL BK and subject matter carried out by BK teachers and subject teachers by including and linking religious character and discipline in BK materials and subject matter, c) Development of school culture is carried out by facilitating activities that are religious and disciplinary in nature, (3) Obstacles encountered are lack of communication and limited time. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the collaboration between counseling teachers and subject teachers at MTsN 4 Banda Aceh has been well established.
