Pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi aparatur, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pengelolaan keuangan pada skpk pemerintah kabupaten simeulue oleh : cut nining rapinus nim : 2001203010040 pembimbing : 1. dr. muhammad arfan, s.e., m.si., ak., ca 2. dr. indayani, s.e., m.si., ak., ca abstrak tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi aparatur, dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja manajerial pengelolaan keuangan. kemudian tujuan penelitian juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi aparatur, dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja manajerial pengelolaan keuangan. penelitian ini akan dilakukan skpk pemerintah kabupaten simeulue. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengelola keuangan pada skpk pemerintah kabupaten simeulue yang berjumlah 180 orang yang terdiri atas pengguna anggaran, pejabat pembuat komitmen pejabat pelaksana teknis kegiatan, dan bendahara pengeluaran. peralatan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi aparatur dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pengelolaan keuangan pada pada skpk. kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa secara parsial membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi aparatur dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial pengelolaan keuangan pada skpk pemerintah kabupaten simeulue. kata kunci : pemanfaatan teknologi, kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja manajerial

THE EFFECT OF THE UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, APPARATUS COMPETENCY, AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ON THE SKPK OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SIMEULUE REGENCY By : Cut Nining Rapinus S/N : 2001203010040 Supervisor : 1. Dr. Indayani, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of information technology, apparatus competence, and organizational commitment together on the managerial performance of financial management. Then the purpose of the study is also to determine the effect of the use of information technology, apparatus competence, and organizational commitment partially on the managerial performance of financial management. This research will be carried out by the SKPK of the Simeulue Regency Government. The population in this study is the financial managers at the SKPK of the Simeulue Regency Government, totaling 180 people consisting of budget users, commitment making officials, technical implementing officials, and expenditure treasurers. Data analysis equipment in this study using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study prove that there is a simultaneous effect of the use of information technology, apparatus competence and organizational commitment on the managerial performance of financial management in SKPK. Then the results of the study also prove that partially proves that the use of information technology, apparatus competence and organizational commitment affect the managerial performance of financial management at the SKPK of the Simeulue Regency Government..
