Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen atau analisis jabatan berbasis behaviourally anchored rating scales (bars) dan kemampuan aparatur terhadap pengembangan karir dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja pegawai setdakab aceh selatan. penelitian ini dilakukan di setdakab aceh selatan. objek penelitian ini adalah aparatur sipil negara di setdakab aceh selatan. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh asn setdakab aceh selatan yang berjumlah 145. teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik sensus dimana keseluruhan populasi akan dijadikan sebagai sampel. metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation analysis (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jabatan berbasis bars berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir, kemampuan aparatur berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir, jabatan berbasis bars berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemampuan aparatur tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengembangan karir memediasi secara parsial pengaruh jabatan berbasis bars terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengembangan karir memediasi secara penuh pengaruh kemampuan aparatur terhadap kinerja pegawai pada setdakab aceh selatan. kata kunci: jabatan berbasis behaviourally anchored rating scales (bars), kemampuan aparatur, pengembangan karir, kinerja pegawai



Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable or job analysis based on the Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) and the ability of the apparatus on career development and the implications for the performance of the South Aceh Secretariat employees. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of South Aceh. The object of this research is the State Civil Apparatus in the South Aceh Regional Secretariat. The population in this study were all 145 ASN of the South Aceh Regional Secretariat. The sampling technique in this study was a census technique where the entire population would be used as a sample. The analytical method in this study uses Structural Equation Analysis (SEM). The results showed that BARS-Based Positions had an effect on Career Development, Apparatus Capability had an effect on Career Development, BARS-Based Positions had had an effect on Employee Performance, Apparatus Capability had not had an effect on Employee Performance, Career Development had had an effect on Employee Performance, Career Development partially mediated the influence of Position-Based BARS on Employee Performance and Career Development fully mediates the influence of Apparatus Capability on Employee Performance at the South Aceh Regional Secretariat.
