Kesiapan vaksinasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan kesiapan individu untuk melakukan vaksinasi covid-19. faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan vaksinasi terdiri dari confidence, complacency, constraints, calculation, collective responsibility, compliance, dan conspiracy. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kesiapan masyarakat dalam mengikuti vaksinasi covid-19 di kecamatan syiah kuala banda aceh dan kecamatan baitussalam aceh besar menggunakan pendekatan retrospective study. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang telah melakukan vaksinasi covid-19 berjumlah 100 orang untuk masingmasing kecamatan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner baku the 7c vaccination readiness scale. hasil analisis uji mann-whitney u-test menunjukkan pada masyarakat di kecamatan syiah kuala banda aceh dan kecamatan baitussalam aceh besar terdapat perbedaan pada kesiapan vaksinasi covid-19 (p-value = 0,003), complacency (p-value = 0,003), constraints (p-value = 0,000), calculation (pvalue = 0,012), dan collective responsibility (p-value = 0,000). tidak terdapat perbedaan pada confidence kesiapan vaksinasi covid-19 (p-value = 0,053), compliance (p-value = 0,051), dan conspiracy (p-value = 0,419). hasil studi ini membuktikan bahwa faktor sosiodemografi (agama, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, status pernikahan, dan informasi vaksinasi covid-19) dapat berhubungan dengan temuan hasil penelitian.



Abstract

Vaccination readiness can be influenced by several factors that can increase or decrease individual readiness to do the COVID-19 vaccination. The factors that influence vaccination readiness consist of confidence, complacency, constraints, calculation, collective responsibility, compliance, and conspiracy. The research aimed to identify the different community readiness in participating COVID-19 vaccination in Syiah Kuala and Baitussalam subdistricts by using retrospective study. The sample of this research were 100 people who had carried out the COVID-19 vaccination for each subdistricts. The samples were obtained by using purposive sampling method. The data were collected by using The 7C Vaccination Readiness Scale Questionaire. The result of the data were analyzed by using Mann-Whitney u-test revealed on the community in Syiah Kuala and Baitussalam that there was different on COVID-19 vaccination readiness (p-value = 0,003), complacency (p-value = 0,003), constraints (p-value = 0,000), calculation (p-value = 0,012), and collective responsibility (p-value = 0,000). There was no different on confidence COVID-19 vaccination readiness (p-value = 0,053), compliance (p-value = 0,051), and conspiracy (p-value = 0,419). The results of this study prove that sociodemographic factors such as religion, education, employment, marriage status, information about the COVID-19 vaccination can be releated to the research findings.
