Pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 telah turut mempengaruhi triple constraints dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh. beberapa disebabkan oleh adanya kesulitan pengadaan material konstruksi, pembatasan pekerja (sosial distancing), kondisi keuangan yang melemah, sulitnya mengurus keadministrasian karena kantor pemerintahan memberlakukan work from home (wfh), dan pembatasan memasuki provinsi aceh. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi triple constraints pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh dalam masa pandemi covid-19. proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung yang ditinjau adalah proyek yang telah selesai dibangun oleh perusahaan kontraktor di provinsi aceh, dengan menggunakan sumber dana dari anggaran pendapatan belanja aceh (apba) tahun 2020 dan 2021 dan mempunyai nilai kontrak lebih dari 1 miliar rupiah. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 90 responden. teknik sampling responden yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan yang didasarkan pada salah satu personil top manajemen dari perusahaan kontraktor bidang bangunan gedung yaitu project manager/site manager/site engineer/supervisor. teknik analisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif dan principle component analysis (pca) melalui software statistical product and service solution (spss). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi triple constraints pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh dalam masa pandemi covid-19 terdapat 4 faktor yaitu faktor eksternal, tenaga kerja, keuangan, dan kontrak dengan total varian (persentase triple constraints) adalah sebesar 66,596%. faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi triple constraints pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh dalam masa pandemi covid-19 adalah faktor eksternal dengan varian sebesar 31,478%. kata kunci: triple constraints, konstruksi, covid-19, pca

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021 has also affected triple constraints in the implementation of building construction projects in Aceh Province. Some of these are caused by difficulties in procuring construction materials, restrictions on workers (social distancing), weak financial conditions, difficulties in administering administration because government offices enforce Work from Home (WFH), and restrictions on entering Aceh Province. This study aims to determine the dominant factors and factors that affect triple constraints on building construction projects in Aceh Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. The building construction projects reviewed are projects that have been completed by a contractor company in Aceh Province, using funding sources from the Aceh Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBA) for 2020 and 2021 and have a contract value of more than 1 billion rupiah. This study uses a quantitative method approach through a questionnaire given to 90 respondents. The respondent sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely taking samples with considerations based on one of the top management personnel from the building contractor company, namely the project manager/site manager/site engineer/supervisor. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and Principle Component Analysis (PCA) through Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software. The results showed that the factors that influenced the triple constraints on building construction projects in Aceh Province during the Covid-19 pandemic were 4 factors, namely external factors, labor, finance, and contracts with a total variance (percentage of triple constraints) of 66,596. %. The dominant factor influencing the triple constraints on building construction projects in Aceh Province during the Covid-19 pandemic was external factors with a variance of 31.478%.
