Pt solusi bangun andalas berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan stakeholdernya melalui beasiswa semen andalas. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat proses pemberdayaan diimplementasikan program corporate social responsibility beasiswa semen andalas yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tersebut, khususnya di gampong mon ikeun, kecamatan lhoknga, kabupaten aceh besar. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. dalam menentukan informan, peneliti menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. peneliti melihat proses pemberdayaan ini dengan berpedoman kepada tahapan implementasi program corporate social responsibility yang ditawarkan oleh wibisono melalui tahapan perencanaan, tahapan implementasi, tahapan evaluasi, dan tahapan pelaporan. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada beberapa tahapan penting yang belum dilaksanakan oleh pt solusi bangun andalas dalam mengimplementasi program corporate social responsibility-nya, yaitu tahapan evaluasi. untuk tahap evaluasi, berdasarkan data yang peneliti dapatkan, pihak perusahaan tidak pernah melakukannya semenjak pertama program beasiswa semen andalas diimplementasi sampai dengan saat ini. padahal tahapan ini sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan. untuk tahap pelaporan kemungkinan besar dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan, namun jika tahapan ini dilaksanakan tanpa adanya tahapan evaluasi, dapat dipastikan pada tahap laporan ini hasilnya tidak sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan. fakta lain juga terungkap, yang bahwa pt solusi bangun andalas menggunakan program bertujuan untuk mengontrol konflik antara perusahaan dengan stakeholder. demonstrasi yang terjadi menunjukkan tahap klimaks konflik tersebut. latar belakang terjadinya konflik ini bukan hanya efek samping yang ditimbulkan oleh aktivitas perusahaan. namun demonstrasi ini dilakukan sebagai jalan pintas oleh pihak-pihak tertentu untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dari perusahaan. berdasarkan hasil social mapping yang dilakukan oleh perusahan, menunjukkan yang bahwa 9,95% masyarakat mon ikeun hidup dibawah garis kemiskinan dan memiliki ekspektasi yang besar menjadi pekerja di pt solusi bangun andalas. untuk menyelesaikan problematika ini, peneliti menyarankan kepada pt solusi bangun andalas untuk fokus menjalankan program corporate social responsibility sebagaimana mestinya dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pemberdayaan. karena dengan melalui proses ini, masyarakat akan mendapatkan power dan menjadi mandiri. kata kunci: pemberdayaan, stakeholder, corporate social responsibility, beasiswa semen andalas.

PT Solusi Bangun Andalas contributes to improving the quality of education for stakeholders through the Semen Andalas Scholarship. This research was conducted to see the empowerment process implemented Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by the company, especially in Gampong Mon Ikeun, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar District. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. In determining the informants, the researcher used a snowball sampling technique. The researcher sees this empowerment process by referring to the stages of implementing the corporate social responsibility program offered by Wibisono through the planning stages, implementation stages, evaluation stages, and reporting stages. The results of this study indicate that there are several important stages that have not been carried out by PT Solusi Bangun Andalas in implementing its corporate social responsibility program, namely the evaluation stage. For the evaluation stage, based on the data that the researcher got, the company has never done it since the first implementation of the Semen Andalas Scholarship program until now. However, this stage is very important to carry out. The reporting stage is most likely carried out by the company, but if this stage is carried out without an evaluation stage, it can be ascertained that at this reporting stage the results are not in accordance with the facts on the ground. Another fact was also revealed, which was that PT Solusi Bangun Andalas used a program aimed at controlling conflicts between the company and its stakeholders. The demonstration that took place showed the climax stage of the conflict. The background of this conflict is not only a side effect caused by the company's activities. However, this demonstration was carried out as a shortcut by certain parties to get a job from the company. Based on the results of social mapping conducted by the company, it shows that 9.95% of the people of Mon Ikeun live below the poverty line and have high expectations of becoming workers at PT Solusi Bangun Andalas. To solve this problem, the researcher suggests PT Solusi Bangun Andalas to focus on running its Corporate Social Responsibility as it should and in accordance with the values of empowerment.
