Prarancangan pabrik biodiesel ini memakai bahan baku dari crude palm oil (cpo). pabrik didesain guna menghasilkan biodiesel dengan methanol sebagai pelarutnya dan dilakukan proses purifikasi dengan menggunakan membran keramik, hal tersebut bertujuan untuk menghasilkan limbah yang tidak mencemari lingkungan. kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 300.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 123 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan dibangun di desa ei masen kecamatan seruway kabupaten aceh tamiang provinsi aceh. sumber air pabrik biodiesel ini berasal dari sungai tamiang, sedangkan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 561,27 kw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut : 1. fixed capital investment (fci) = rp. 824.073.686.588,7530,- 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp. 82.407.368.658,875,- 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp. 8.240.736.865.887,53,- 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp. 5.322.617.264.098,19,- 5. sales cost (sc) = rp. 10.558.787.913.551,9,- 6. laba bersih = rp. 3.927.127.987.090,28,- 7. pay out time (pot) = 3,3 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 19,7% 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 29,5%

The pre-design of this biodiesel plant uses raw materials from crude palm oil (CPO). The plant is designed to produce biodiesel with methanol as the solvent and a purification process is carried out using a ceramic membrane, it aims to produce waste that does not pollute the environment. The production capacity of this factory is 300,000 tons / year with a working day of 330 days / year. The planned form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff structure method. The labor needs to run this company amounted to 123 people. The factory location is planned to be built in Ei Masen Village, Seruway District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province. The water source of this Biodiesel plant comes from the Tamiang River, while electricity is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and generators with a power of 561.27 kW.
