Chronic myeloid leukemia merupakan jenis penyakit mieloproliferatif dengan translokasi kromosom yang dikenal sebagai kromosom philadelphia. penyakit ini memiliki banyak terapi salah satunya tyrosine kinase inhibitor. tyrosine kinase inhibitor mencegah pengaktifan protein breakpoint cluster gene-abelson murine yang dihasilkan kromosom philadelphia. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tyrosine kinase inhibitor terhadap parameter hematologi berupa leukosit, hemoglobin, trombosit dan kondisi limpa pada pasien chronic myeloid leukemia. penelitian ini dilakukan di rsud dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh pada 30 responden dengan rancangan penelitian analitik komparatif menggunakan metode cross sectional. kriteria responden pada penelitian ini adalah pasien positif breakpoint cluster gene-abelson murine dan yang menggunakan terapi tyrosine kinase inhibitor. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan setelah satu terapi tyrosine kinase inhibitor seluruh responden mengalami penurunan kadar leukosit dan trombosit (100%), peningkatan hemoglobin (73,3%), penurunan kadar hemoglobin (23,3%), tidak mengalami perubahan kadar hemoglobin (3,3%) dan seluruh responden mengalami pengecilan (100%). hasil analisis terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian tyrosine kinase inhibitor terhadap parameter hematologi pada pasien chronic myeloid leukemia (p

Chronic myeloid leukemia is a type of myeloproliferative disease with a chromosomal translocation known as the Philadelphia chromosome. This disease has many therapies, one of which is tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors prevent activation of the breakpoint cluster gene-abelson murine protein produced by the Philadelphia chromosome. This study aims to determine the effect of tyrosine kinase inhibitor administration on hematological parameters such as leukocytes, hemoglobin, platelets and spleen conditions in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia. This research was conducted at dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh on 30 respondents with a comparative analytic research design using a cross sectional method. Respondent criteria in this study were positive gen breakpoint cluster gene-abelson murine patients and those using tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy. The results of this study showed that after one tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy all respondents experienced a decrease in leukocyte and platelet levels (100%), an increase in hemoglobin (73.3%), a decrease in hemoglobin levels (23.3%), no change in hemoglobin levels (3, 3%) and all respondents experienced a reduction (100%).
