Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harmonious passion dan obsessive passion yang dimediasi oleh belongingness at work terhadap job satisfaction pelaut pt. arthamas nusantara kota bangka belitung. indikator yang dibahas dalam variabel harmonious passion ada 5 indikator, indikator yang dibahas dalam variabel obsessive passion ada 5 indikator, indikator yang dibahas dalam belongingness at work ada 5 indikator dan dalam variabel job satisfaction ada 5 indikator. data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 60 pelaut. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah tatistical product and service solution (spss). hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa harmonious passion, obsessive passion dan belongingness at work berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction. hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa variabel belongingness at work memediasi antara variabel harmonious passion dan obsessive passion terhadap job satisfaction.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Harmonious Passion and Obsessive Passion mediated by Belongingness At Work on the Job Satisfaction of seafarers at PT. Arthamas Nusantara, city of Bangka Belitung. There are 5 indicators discussed in the Harmonious Passion variable, 5 indicators discussed in the Obsessive Passion variable, 5 indicators discussed in Belongingness At Work and 5 indicators in the Job Satisfaction variable. Data obtained through a survey of 60 sailors. The data analysis method used is the Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS). The results of the study found that Harmonious Passion, Obsessive Passion and Belongingness at Work have an effect on Job Satisfaction. The results of the study also found that the variable Belongingness at Work mediates between the Harmonious Passion and Obsessive Passion variables on Job Satisfaction.
