Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen atau peran kepuasan sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh pelayanan dan citra terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pt pln (persero) uiw aceh. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan pada pt pln (persero) uiw aceh. jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 240 orang. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, citra berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan, pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas, citra berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas, kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas, kepuasan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh pelayanan terhadap loyalitas, dan kepuasan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh citra terhadap loyalitas. kata kunci: loyalitas, kepuasan, pelayanan, dan citra

This research aims totest the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable or pThe Role of Satisfaction as Mediation on the Effect of Service and Image on Customer Loyalty at PT PLN (Persero) UIW Aceh. The population in this study were all customers at PT PLN (Persero) UIW Aceh. The number of samples used was 240 people. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study show thata Service affects Satisfaction, Image has an effect on Satisfaction, Service has an effect on Loyalty, Image has an effect on Loyalty, Satisfaction has an effect on Loyalty, Satisfaction partially mediates the influence of Service on Loyalty, and Satisfaction partially mediates the influence of Image on Loyalty.
