Abstrak judul : pengaruh jumlah industri dan upah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi aceh nama : indah magfirah npm : 1801101010010 jurusan/fakultas : ekonomi pembagunan dosen pembimbing : dr. eddy gunawan, m.ec konsentrasi : ekonomi sdm dan ketenagakerjaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh jumlah industri dan upah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga di provinsi aceh. jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa jenis data time series (runtun waktu) periode 1990-2020, yang terdiri dari data jumlah industri sedang/besar, data upah minimum provinsi dan data angkatan kerja yang bersumber dari badan pusat statistik (bps) provinsi aceh. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi aceh. upah minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi aceh. serta jumlah industri dan upah minimum secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi aceh. kata kunci: jumlah industri, upah minimum dan penyerapan tenaga kerja.

ABSTRACT Title : Influence of Number of Industries and Minimum Wage on Labor Absorption in Aceh Province Name : Indah Magfirah NPM : 1801101010010 Department/Faculty : Development Economics Supervisor : Dr. Eddy Gunawan, M.Ec Concentration : Economics of Human Resources and Employment This study aims to determine how the influence of the number of industries and the minimum wage on the absorption of labor in Aceh Province. This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression method. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series data for the period 1990-2020, which consists of data on the number of medium/large industries, provincial minimum wage data and labor force data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province. The results showed that the number of industries had a negative and insignificant effect on employment in Aceh Province. The minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on employment in Aceh Province. Furthermore, the number of industries and the minimum wage together have an influence on the absorption of labor in Aceh Province. Keywords: Number of Industries, Minimum Wage and Labor Absorption.
