Matematika yang dianggap menakutkan bagi siswa dapat menimbulkan kecemasan pada saat siswa berhadapan dengan permasalahan matematika. studi tentang kecemasan ini menjadi salah satu faktor penting untuk dikaji. penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kecemasan matematika terhadap hasil belajar siswa di smp negeri 1 sigli. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa smp negeri 1 sigli dan sampelnya yaitu seluruh siswa kelas viii smp negeri 1 sigli. pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. data kecemasan diperoleh dengan angket kecemasan matematika dan tes hasil belajar digunakan untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar. untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel dilakukan analisis regresi linear sederhana. dari hasil perhitungan mendapatkan persamaan
= 149,81 − 1,08 . kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi rank spearman sehingga diperoleh = −0,6. selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis t dua arah sehingga diperoleh. dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecemasan matematika terhadap hasil belajar siswa smp negeri 1 sigli.

Mathematics which is considered scary for students can cause anxiety when students are faced with math problems. The study of anxiety is an important factor to study. This study examines the effect of math anxiety on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Sigli. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 1 Sigli and the sample was all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sigli. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling technique. Anxiety data was obtained by means of a math anxiety questionnaire and learning achievement tests were used to obtain learning outcome data. To determine the effect between variables, a simple linear regression analysis was carried out. From the calculation results, we get the equation = 149.81 − 1.08 . Then the Spearman Rank correlation test was carried out so that it was obtained = −0.6. Then a two-way hypothesis test was carried out so that it was obtained. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of math anxiety on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Sigli.
