Nurlaila. 2022. dampak covid-19 terhadap eksistensi paud di banda aceh. skripsi, jurusan pendidikan guru pendidikan anak usia dini, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak dari covid-19 terhadap eksistensi paud di banda aceh, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah sebanyak 3 kepala sekolah. data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan pengungkapan data apa adanya melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak covid-19 yang luar biasa dan mempengaruhi eksistensi paud di kota banda aceh, adapun dampak covid-19 terhadap 3 subjek penelitian yang mewakili kota banda aceh memiliki persamaan dampak yang sama persis. dampak covid-19 terhadap eksistensi paud di banda aceh yaitu : kurangnya efektivitas pembelajaran, lemahnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, tidak efektif kinerja pendidik, tidak tercapaiany standar tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak, tidak tercapaianya standar proses dan standar pengelolaan, tidak tercapainya standar sarana dan prasarana, tidak tercapaianya standar pembiayaan, sekolah tidak memiliki (team work) yang kompak dan dinamis, sekolah tidak mampu mandiri, kurangnya partisipasi warga sekolah dan masyarkat serta sekolah tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk merubah psikis dan fisik dan sekolah tidak mampu mengantisipasi segala kebutuhan pendidikan. kata kunci : dampak covid-19, eksistensi paud



Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 case in Indonesia has had a major impact on the world of education in early childhood. The problem is that the high cases of Covid -19 make learning inefficient for early childhood, especially PAUD schools. This research aims to explain the impact of Covid-19 on the existence of early childhood education in Banda Aceh, this study used a qualitative approach with 3 school principals as subjects. The research method for this type of research is observation and interview techniques. With a descriptive approach used qualitative which is the disclosure of data as it is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. While the sample used amounted to 3 school principals. This research was conducted in early childhood in Banda Aceh. The results of the study showed that there was an extraordinary impact of Covid-19 and affected the existence of early childhood education in Banda Aceh City, while the impact of Covid-19 on 3 research subjects representing the city of Banda Aceh had the exact same impact. The impact of covid19 on the existence of early childhood education in Banda Aceh, namely: lack of effectiveness of learning, weak leadership of school principals, ineffective performance of educators, non-achievement of child development achievement standards, non-achievement of process and management standards, non-achievement of facilities and infrastructure standards, no achievement of financing standards, schools do not have (Team Work) that is compact and dynamic, schools are unable to be independent, lack of participation of school members and the community and schools do not have the ability to change psychologically and physically and schools are unable to anticipate all educational needs.
