Abstrak di sekolah masalah yang sering terjadi dalam pembelajaran adalah kelas kurang kondusif dikarenakan siswa jenuh dengan suasana dalam kelas dimana dalam proses pembelajaran guru masih menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara menggunakan metode humanizing the classroom dengan pembelajaran konvensional di sma negeri 1 lhoksukon. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas xi pada sma negeri 1 lhoksukon dengan jumlah 215 peserta didik. sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas xi ips^1 berjumlah 24 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siawa kelas xi ips^2 berjumlah 24 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dengan keseluruhan sampel berjumlah 48 siswa, yang ditentukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes tertulis berupa soal pilihan ganda yang diberikan dalam bentuk pretest dan posttest. teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah teknik analisis uji paired sampel t-test (uji t). berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 74,16 dan kelas kontrol adalah 67,70 dengan perbandingan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol adalah 6,46 artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa antara menggunakan metode humanizing the classroom dengan menggunakan konvensional di sma negri 1 lhoksukon. metode humanizing the classroom pada kelas eksperimen memperlihatkan hasil lebih tinggi daripada menggunakan konvensional pada kelas kontrol.

Abstract At school the problem that often occure in learning is that the class is not conducive because the rest is saturated with the atmosphere in the classroom where in the learning process the teacher still uses conventional learning. This study aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes between using the humanizing the classroom method and conventional learning at SMA Negeri 1 Lhoksukon. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research . The population in this study was the rest of class XI at Lhoksukon 1 public hight school with a total of 215 students. While the samples in this study were students of class XI IPS 1 totaling 24 students as the experimental class and class XI IPS 2 students totaling 24 students as control class with a total sample of 48 students, which wa determined by non probability sampling sampling technique. The data collection technique used a written test in the from of multiple choice questions given in the from of pretest and posttest. The data analysis technigue used for hypothesis tesing is the paired sample t test ( t test) analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, the average experimental class was 74,16 and the control class was 67.70 with a comparison between the experimental class and the control clas wa 6.46,meaning that there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes between using the humanizing the classroom method and using the conventional method in the classroom. state 1 Lhoksukon high school. The humanizing the classroom method in the experimental class showed higher student learning outcomes than conventional use in the control class.
