Rahmat putra : penerapan flipped classroom terhadap hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia di sman 1 tapaktuan dan sman 1 sawang pembimbing i : dr. khairil, m.si, pembimbing ii : dr. ismul huda, m.si abstrak hasil belajar dan motivasi peserta didik merupakan salah satu tantangan yang sering terjadi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan selalu menjadi permasalahan dalam setiap lembaga pendidikan baik tingkat dasar maupun pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi. permalasahan juga terjadi pada materi sistem ekskresi karena materi ini dianggap sukar karena materi ini mengandung tahapan proses yang rumit. salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah motivasi dan hasil belajar adalah dengan menerapkan model flipped classroom. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model flipped classroom terhadap hasil belajar dan motivasi peserta didik pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia dan penelitian ini dilakukan di 2 sekolah menengah atas yakni sma negeri 1 tapaktuan dan sma negeri 1 sawang. penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif melalui pendekatan quasi-eksperimen dengan desain non-randomized control group, posttest only design. sampel penelitian 195 peserta didik yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yakni 97 kelompok kontrol dan 98 kelompok eksperimen. instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari soal tes pilihan ganda dan angket motivasi arcs. data hasil belajar dianalisis menggunakan uji mann whitney sedangkan data motivasi di analisis menggunakan uji independet t-test . hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai hasil belajar u(nkontrol = 97, neksperimen= 98) = 3386.00, z = -3.486, p < 0,01) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penerapan flipped classroom terhadap hasil belajar, dan hasil penelitian pada motivasi menunjukkan nilai pada tingkat t (193)= -9.022, p < 0,01. sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa penerapan model flipped classroom berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model flipped classroom memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dan motivasi peserta didik. kata kunci : flipped classroom, hasil belajar, motivasi

Rahmat Putra : Application of Flipped Classroom on Learning Outcomes and Student Motivation on Human Excretion System Material at SMAN 1 Tapaktuan and SMAN 1 Sawang Supervisor I : Dr. Khairil, M.Si, Supervisor II : Dr. Ismul Huda, M.Si ABSTRACT Learning outcomes and student motivation is one of the challenges that often occurs in improving the quality of education and has always been a problem in every educational institution both at the basic level and at a higher level. Problems also occur in the excretory system material because this material is considered difficult because this material contains complicated process stages. One of the efforts that can be done in solving the problem of motivation and learning outcomes is to apply the flipped classroom model. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the flipped classroom model on learning outcomes and student motivation on the material of the human excretory system and this research was conducted in 2 senior high schools namely SMA Negeri 1 Tapaktuan and SMA Negeri 1 Sawang. This research is quantitative through Quasi-Experimental approach with Non-randomized control group design, posttest only design. The research sample was 195 students who were divided into two groups, namely 97 control groups and 98 experimental groups. The instruments used in this study consisted of multiple choice test questions and ARCS motivation questionnaires. Learning outcomes data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test, while the motivational data were analyzed using the Independent T-test. The results showed the value of learning outcomes U (Ncontrol = 97, NExperiment = 98) = 3386.00, Z = -3.486, p < 0.01) which means that there is a significant influence on the application of the flipped classroom on learning outcomes, and the results of research on motivation show the value at level t(193)= -9.022, p < 0.01. so that it can be interpreted that the application of the flipped classroom model has a significant effect on motivation. The conclusion in this study is that the application of the flipped classroom model has a significant effect on learning outcomes and student motivation.
