Ringkasan nutmeg tea adalah suatu produk inovatif yang dibuat dari teh dan pala. produk ini menjadi unggulan yakni teh pala berukuran 150 ml, yang dijual seharga rp. 10.000. ditengah pandemi yang melanda dunia saat ini, banyak masyarakat yang mencari minuman herbal (rempah-rempah) yang diyakini dapat meningkatkan imun (kekebalan) tubuh, sesuai dengan anjuran para medis bahwa kekbalan imun tubuh menjadi salah satu faktor penangkal dari virus. tujuan dalam penulisan tugas akhir adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan dari usaha nutmeg tea. objek penelitian ini penulis berfokus pada produk teh pala “nutmeg tea”. ruang lingkup tugas akhir ini membahas tentang anlisis pendapatan usaha pada produk teh pala “nutmeg tea”. lokasi produksi teh pala di hantaran coffee, kec. lueng bata, kota banda aceh. metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode observasi. metode observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan suatu pengamatan dengan disertai pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau prilaku objek sasaran. hasil analisis menunujukkan bahwa biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan berjumlah rp 752.573/bulan, terdiri dari biaya tetap sebesar rp 35.073 dan biaya variabel sebesar rp 717.500/bulan. dengan jumlah produksi sebesar 120 unit dan harga rp 10.000/unit maka diperoleh pendapatan usaha sebesar rp 1.200.000/bulan, dengan keuntungan sebesar rp 447.427/bulan. hasil analisis pendapatan menunjukkan bahwa nilai bep harga rp 6.300, nilai bep produksi sebesar 75 botol menunjukkan bahwa usaha teh pala layak untuk dijalankan. nilai r/c ratio 1.5 dan nilai roi sebesar 59.4% yang bermakna bahwa usaha teh pala menguntungkan untuk dijalankan

SUMMARY Income Analysis of “Nutmeg Tea” at Hantaran Coffee, Banda Aceh Nutmeg Tea is an innovative product made from tea and nutmeg. This product is superior, namely the 150 ml Nutmeg Tea, which is sold for Rp. 10,000. In the midst of a pandemic that is sweeping the world today, many people are looking for herbal drinks (spices) which are believed to be able to increase the body's immune system, in accordance with medical advice that the body's immune system is one of the antidote factors for viruses. The purpose of writing the final project is to find out the income from the Nutmeg Tea business. The object of this research the author focuses on the Nutmeg Tea product "Nutmeg Tea". The scope of this final project discusses the analysis of operating income on the Nutmeg Tea product "Nutmeg Tea". Nutmeg Tea production location in Hantaran Coffee, Kec. Lueng Bata, Banda Aceh City. The data collection method used in this final project uses the observation method. Observation method is a data collection technique that is carried out with an observation accompanied by a recording of the state or behavior of the target object. The results of the analysis show that the required production costs amount to Rp. 752,573/month, consisting of fixed costs of Rp. 35,073 and variable costs of Rp. 717,500/month. With a total production of 120 units and a price of Rp. 10,000/unit, an operating income of Rp. 1,200,000/month is obtained, with a profit of Rp. 447,427/month. The results of the income analysis show that the BEP value for the price is Rp. 6,300, the BEP Production value of 75 bottles indicates that the Nutmeg Tea business is feasible to run. The R/C Ratio is 1.5 and the ROI value is 59.4%, which means that the Nutmeg Tea business is profitable to run
