Abstrak daun sikhoh-khoh (chromolaena odorata) secara empiris digunakan untuk menghentikan perdarahan dan penyembuhan luka. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak jelly daun sikhoh-skhoh dan periode waktu pengamatan kolagen terhadap proses penyembuhan luka insisi tikus putih (rattus norvegicus). penelitian ini menggunakan tikus putih jantan, bertubuh sehat, berumur 3,5 bulan, berat badan (210,62±22,11 g). tikus dianestesi untuk pembuatan luka insisi pada area punggung dengan panjang dan lebar luka 2x2 cm kedalaman mencapai subkutan pada area punggung. tikus dibagi tiga kelompok dan setiap kelompok 9 ekor. perawatan luka, perlakuan (p0) hanya dioles jelly, (p1) dan (p2) dioles ekstrak jelly daun sikhoh-khoh 10% dan 30%. tikus dieutanasi untuk koleksi sampel histologis, pada hari ke 3, 7, dan 14 setelah perlakuan. hasil uji menunjukkan terhadap rata-rata pertumbuhan kolagen dan periode waktu pengamatan pada p1 berbeda signifikan (p



Abstract

ABSTRACT Sikhoh-khoh (Chromolaena odorata) leaves are empirically used to stop bleeding and wound healing. This study was conducted to determine the effect of giving sikhoh-skhoh leaf jelly extract and the time period of observing collagen on the wound healing process of white rats (Rattus norvegicus). This study used male white rats, healthy body, 3.5 months old, body weight (210.62±22.11 g). Rats were anesthetized for making incisions in the back area with a length and width of the wound 2x2 cm depth reaching subcutaneously in the back area. Rats were divided into three groups and each group 9 tails. Wound care, treatment (P0) was only smeared with jelly, (P1) and (P2) were smeared with 10% and 30% sikhoh-khoh leaf jelly extract, respectively. Mice were euthanized for histological sample collection, on days 3, 7, and 14 after treatment.
