Provinsi aceh merupakan sebuah provinsi yang memiliki potensial sumber daya alam yang sangat melimpah, terutama dari sektor hasil pertanian. salah satunya adalah tanaman nilam yang dapat diolah menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis, yaitu minyak nilam. sebagian besar masyarakat aceh berprofesi sebagai petani, khususnya di kabupaten aceh jaya. saat ini, petani di aceh jaya sedang gencar melakukan budidaya tanaman nilam. namun, sejauh ini hasil produksi nilam masih belum maksimal serta masih mengalami kendala dalam sektor manjamen rantai pasok. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok nilam dan mengetahui dampak risiko industri nilam pada perusahaan koperasi industri nilam aceh (kina) di kabupaten aceh jaya. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu supply chain operation refrence (scor) 12.0 untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dan metode value at risk (var) untuk menganalisis dampak risiko guna mengurangi potential kerugian perusahaan. hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode scor 12.0 yaitu sebesar 42,06. berdasarkan hasil analisa tersebut, maka perlunya peningkatan serta perbaikan kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan kina, kabupaten aceh jaya. selanjutnya terdapat beberapa sumber risiko pada industri nilam antara lain yaitu penyakit dengan dampak risiko sebesar rp. 995.344. selanjutnya ditemukan dampak kerugian sebesar rp. 1.335.650 pada pembibitan dan ditemukan dapak kerugian pada proses penyulingan sebesar rp. 476.350. dampak kerugian terbesar terjadi pada proses pembibitan sebesar rp. 1.335.650 dan dampak kerugian terkecil terjadi pada proses penyulingan sebesar rp. 476.350. kata kunci : koperasi industri nilam aceh, supply chain operation reference 12.0, value at risk, rantai pasok, risiko

Aceh Province is a province that has abundant natural resource potential, especially from the agricultural sector. One of them is patchouli which can be processed into goods of economic value, namely patchouli oil. Most of the people of Aceh work as farmers, especially in Aceh Jaya District. Currently, farmers in Aceh Jaya are intensively cultivating patchouli. However, so far the production of patchouli is still not optimal and there are still problems in the supply chain management sector. The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of the patchouli supply chain and to determine the impact of the patchouli industry risk on the Aceh Patchouli Industry Cooperative (KINA) company in Aceh Jaya Regency. The method used in this study is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 12.0 to measure supply chain performance and the value at risk (VAR) method to analyze the impact of risk in order to reduce the company's potential losses. The results obtained in this study using the SCOR 12.0 method that is equal to 42.06. Based on the results of the analysis, it is necessary to increase and improve supply chain performance at the KINA company, Aceh Jaya Regency. Furthermore, there are several sources of risk in the patchouli industry, including diseases with a risk impact of Rp. 995,344. Furthermore, it was found that the impact of the loss was Rp. 1,335,650 in nurseries and the loss in the distillation process was found to be Rp. 476,350. The biggest loss impact occurred in the nursery process of Rp. 1,335,650 and the smallest loss impact occurred in the refining process of Rp. 476,350.
