Membuktikan dalil sisa cina untuk ring z yaitu membuktikan masalah sisa cina pada saat modulusnya saling prim satu sama lain, kemudian memanfaatkannya untuk menyelesaikan masalah sisa cina yaitu menyelesaikan sistem kongruensi linier yang terdiri dari sejumlah kongruensi individu dimana modulusnya tidak harus saling prim satu sama lain. inilah yang dinamakan dalil sisa cina umum. dalam tulisan ini akan memberikan syarat perlu dan syarat cukup untuk dalil sisa cina umum. kata kunci: kongruensi linier, dalil sisa cina, dalil sisa cina umum, masalah sisa cina.

To prove the so-called Chinese Remainder Theorem for Z, that is, to prove the Chinese Remainder Problem when the modulus are relative prim with each other and then apply it to solve the Chinese Remainder Problem, which is, a set of individual linear congruence where the modulus do not have to be relative prim with other. This is called the General Chinese Remainder Theorem. In this paper, we will provide the necessary and sufficient conditions for the General Chinese Remainder Theorem.
