Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur desa yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada aparatur desa di kecamatan gajah putih kabupaten bener meriah. indikator yang dibahas didalam variabel motivasi kerja ada 5 indikator, indikator yang dibahas didalam variabel stres kerja ada 6 indikator, kemudian indikator yang dibahas didalam variabel kinerja ada 3 indikator dan didalam variabel kepuasan kerja kerja ada 5 indikator. data didapat dari survey yang dilakukan terhadap seluruh anggota populasi yaitu sebanyak 87 orang sampel. metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah statistical product and service solutions (spss). hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur desa dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur desa. kata kunci: motivasi kerja, stres kerja, kinerja, kepuasan kerja.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Motivation and Stres kerjas on the performance of the village apparatus mediated by Job Satisfaction of village officials in the Gajah Putih sub-district, Bener Meriah district. The indicators discussed in the work Motivation variable are 5 indicators, the indicators discussed in Stres kerjas there are 6 indicators,an then in the work performance variable there are 3 indicators, and in the job satisfaction variable there are 5 indicators. Data was obtained through a survey that is carried out on all members of the population, totaling 87 respondents. The data analysis method used was Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Results The study found that the workmotivation, Stres kerjas, and job satisfaction had an effect on performance.The results also found that the job satisfaction variable mediates the effect of the Work Motivation and Stres kerjas on the performance of the village apparatus.
