spiritualitas menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan ditempat kerja, karena menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas kinerja. spiritualitas tempat kerja diartikan sebagai cara individu memandang dirinya memiliki suatu inner life dengan pekerjaan yang meaningful work dan conditions for community dalam konteks suatu komunitas. adapun tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji perbedaan spiritualitas tempat kerja pada guru ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, dengan mengguanakan metode kuantitatif jenis komparasi. sebanyak 186 guru smp yang terdiri dari 93 guru laki-laki dan 93 guru perempuan dengan rentang usia 23-60 tahun terlibat sebagai sampel penelitian yang diipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. pengumpulan penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan workplace spirituality scale. berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan spiritualitas tempat kerja pada guru ditinjau dari jenis kelamin (p)=0,016. selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya perbeedaan dari dimensi workplace spirituality (inner life dan meaningful work) ditinjau dati jenis kelamin dengan nilai signifikansi (p)=0,008 (p



Abstract

Spirituality is one of the things that needs to be considered in the workplace, because it is related to a construction that indicates an increase of quality performance. Workplace spirituality is defined as the way individuals view themselves as having an inner life with meaningful work and conditions for the community in the context of a community.This study aimed to examine the differences in workplace spirituality of teachers in terms of gender, using quantitative methods of comparison. The research sample consisted of a total of 186 junior high school teachers, consisting of 93 male teachers and 93 female teachers, with an ehtage range of 23–60 years, the sampling technique used was selected by purposive sampling. The research was collected using the Workplace Spirituality Scale. Based on the data analysis therefore the proposed hypothesis was confirmed, it can be interpreted there was a difference in workplace spirituality of teachers in terms of gender (p) = 0.016. The results have also showed that was a differences in the dimensions of workplace spirituality (inner life and meaningful work) in terms of gender, with a significance value (p) = 0.008 (p < 0.05), while the conditions for community dimension have no difference between male and female teachers, with a significance value (p) = 0.193 (p < 0.05).
