Penelitian ini berjudul “komunikasi interpersonal dalam pembinaan pasien rehabilitas pecandu narkoba ipwl kayyis ahsana”. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan penetrasi sosial dan hambatan dalam pembinaan pasien pecandu narkoba khususnya pada pecandu yang mengidap gangguan halusinasi. teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori penetrasi sosial, menurut west dan turner teori ini memiliki 4 tahapan dalam membangun hubungan, yaitu tahap orientasi, tahap pertukaran penjajakan afektif, tahap pertukaran afektif, tahap pertukaran stabil. jenis penelitian ini kualitatif studi kasus metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. wawancara yang dilakukan berupa wawancara mendalam dan pemilihan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu. hasil penelitian ini adalah lembaga ipwl kayyis ahsana melewati tahap orientasi yang didalamnya terdapat detoksifikasi, intake dan assesment, tahap pertukaran penjajakan afektif terdapat konseling keluarga dan konseling klien, tahap pertukaran afektif terdapat konseling klien tahap lanjut, tahap pertukaran stabil terdapat konseling klien tahap akhir. hambatan dalam pembinaan kepada pecandu narkoba adalah hambatan psikologis, hambatann fisiologis dan hambatan lingkungan.

This research is entitled "Interpersonal Communication in Guiding Drug Addicts IPWL Kayyis Ahsana Rehabilitation Patients". This study aims to determine the application of social penetration and barriers in fostering drug addicts, especially addicts who suffer from hallucinations. The theory that used in this study is the theory of social penetration, According to West and Turner this theory has 4 stages in building relationships, namely the orientation stage, the exchange stage of affective exploration, the stage of affective exchange, and the stable exchange stage. This type of research is a qualitative case study using interviews, observation and documentation as a data collection technique. Interviews were conducted in the form of in-depth interviews and selection of informants using purposive sampling method based on certain characteristics. The results of this study are the IPWL Kayyis Ahsana Institute passed the orientation stage which included detoxification, intake and assessment, the exchange stage of affective assessment contained family counseling a nd client counseling, the affective exchange stage contained advanced client counseling, the stable exchange stage contained final client counseling. Barriers in coaching to drug addicts are psychological barriers, physiological barriers and environmental barriers.
