Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan garda terdepan yang paling banyak terinfeksi covid-19 karena lebih lama dalam merawat pasien dibandingkan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. pandemi covid-19 menimbulkan kekhawatiran bagi perawat untuk tertular covid-19, sehingga perawat harus memproteksi diri dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan prosedur untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adanya perbedaan respon protektif dan pencegahan covid-19 pada perawat pinere rsudza dan rsum. jenis penelitian ini adalah comparative study dengan desain retrospective study. teknik pengambilan adalah total sampling yaitu seluruh perawat yang pernah merawat pasien covid-19 di instalansi pinere rsudza (n=170) dan rsum (n=66). proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan angket berupa instrumen yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan studi literatur. analisis data menggunakan mann whitney u-test. hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan unbalanced self protective reaction (p-value (0,000)

Nurses as the frontline health workers are most infected with COVID-19 because nurses take longer to treat patients than other health workers. The COVID-19 pandemic raises concerns for nurses to contract COVID-19, so nurses must protect themselves properly and correctly according to procedures to prevent transmission. This study aims to identify differences in the protective response and prevention of COVID-19 in PINERE RSUDZA and RSUM nurses. This type of research is a comparative study with a retrospective study design. The sampling technique was total sampling, namely all nurses who had treated COVID-19 patients at the PINERE RSUDZA (n = 170) and RSUM (n = 66) installations. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of instruments developed by researchers based on literature studies. Data analysis using Mann Whitney U-Test.
