Prarancangan pabrik bioetanol ini menggunakan limbah ampas sagu sebagai bahan baku. kapasitas produksi pabrik bioetanol ini adalah 30.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 150 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di di desa tebing tinggi, kabupaten meranti, riau dengan luas tanah 30.000 m2. sumber air pabrik bioetanol ini berasal dari sungai kampar, kabupaten meranti dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 1.751,79 kw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment = rp177.664.658.060,- 2. working capital investment = rp19.629.406.451,- 3. total capital investment = rp196.294.064.511,- 4. total biaya produksi = rp575.550.497.974,- 5. hasil penjualan = rp685.472.722.405,- 6. laba bersih = rp82.441.668.324,- 7. pay out time (pot) = 3,43 tahun 8. break even point (bep) = 40,74% 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 32,27%

Abstract
The design of this Bioethanol plant uses sago dregs as raw material raw. The production capacity of this Bioethanol plant is 30,000 tons/year with a day work 330 days/year. The planned form of company is the Company Limited (PT) using the line and staff structure method. Needs The workforce to run this company is 150 people. Factory location planned to be established in Tebing Tinggi Village, Meranti Regency, Riau with land area 30.000 m2. The water source for this Bioethanol plant comes from the Kampar River, Meranti Regency and to meet electricity needs, it is obtained from State Electricity Company (PLN) and Generator with a power of 1,751.79 kW. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp177,664,658,060,- 2. Working Capital Investment = Rp19,629,406,451,- 3. Total Capital Investment = Rp.196.294.064.511,- 4. Total Production Cost = Rp.575,550,497,974,- 5. Sales Result = Rp.685.472.722.405,- 6. Net profit = Rp82,441,668,324,- 7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 3.43 years 8. Break even Point (BEP) = 40.74% 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 32.27%
